Went in for a birthday dinner with me and my lady. 3/24/2017. We got table service fast. After looking at the specials menu the Buffalo pot roast was calling to me. My server quickly informed me that it wasnt good! Too tough. Lots of complaints. Hahaha. After watching the expeditor/chef play on his phone and drink his red bull I realized he might not know how an oven and pot roast works. Its Buffalo, you must add a fat source, bacon fat, or pork belly. So I went for the shrimp and lobster Mac and cheese. The presentation was stellar, the smell was spot on, the taste....Not so much. The fried shallots were salted, the sauce was salted, the bread crumbs were salted. All coming together for a very thirsty experience. Our server was very concerned and professional, the manager offered us free dessert. We however had dessert plans later on. The two star rating comes from one instance. When the kitchen was told about my not being 100% satisfied with my dish every cook decided to look right at us with contempt. Talk about uncomfortable! We really could not have left faster. The service was amazing. My partner had an incredible meal. And hey kitchen staff, you have an open kitchen. Customers see you. Maybe less phone play and less red bull ass grab could have made this a 3 maybe 4 star experience.

Worst service ever. The host took for ever to come over she wasnt seating anyone she was sitting at a table drinking water. Then we get seated. I look at my phone for the time. Its like 6pm. 15 minutes after we have been waiting for our drink order the host asked if we have been helped. we had not until 20 minutes of sitting there. The waitress was rude, not like had a bad day cause we all have one of those at least once, but out right rude. I had ordered a drink that I have had at other craves in MN and they wouldnt let me have it the way I had it at the other craves. She said craves are owned by different people. My thoughts crave is a corporation too so they show have corporate standards. lost my business. and anyone that asks me I will tell them to go farther into MN because Woodbury crave is not good.

We came here to celebrate a best friend reunion and was let down. We specifically asked if they had tempura with no shrimp, the waiter informed us all the tempura had shrimp but we can choose from the cooked sushi list after 30 minutes (we are a bit indecisive lol) of us working out what we would get we called him back. We ordered various cooked rolls with no shrimp and tempura bits since I like shrimp. Thats when he informed me the the tempura bits has no shrimp and it was just fish. We both stared at him like seriously!!!! Needless to say the rest of the evening went this way, $10 for a 1/2 a glass of wine.... really. The only reason we stayed is because we were celebrating and we didnt want to have to go somewhere else. I really only gave 3 stars because the decode was beautiful.

Second chance, a shot at redemption from our first bad experience this summer. Well, it sealed the nail in the coffin. This establishment is WAY too overpriced for the food and service theyre offering. Our most recent visit had us waiting well beyond the noted wait time. Our appetizer took a very long time to come, and moments after it did our food also arrived. There were noticeable hairs in my dish, and my dates dish was very dry lacking and flavors suggested on the menu. Our server was sweet, but did get our bill messed up. There are so many wonderful options in Woodbury, well be happy to frequent those and never return to the overly expensive, and awfully disappointing Crave.

Well...Nothing. Place looks good and that is where it comes to an abrupt stop. Service was very slow, and staff did not care in the least about your experience. Most of all, the food! Lamb meatballs were drenched in spice and tasted as if you dumped a spice jar down your throat. No taste of the meat at all. The pasta was soggy yet lacked important elements as flavor goes. We were told that important parts of our entrees were pre made therefore could not be fixed. Our server never came back 1 time to ask how the food or drinks were. I and my wife will never ever, ever return. Even if someone held us hostage and would kill us if we did not return... I am not going back. ✌

Went to this new Crave for a birthday lunch this past Sunday! Very disappointed in the service and food quality. The server and kitchen were the least helpful that I have ever found when asking about food allergy issues. Most places will offer suggestions or give an idea of what to order but not here. It took multiple attempts to get the right item and then the food was not very good. I expected more for the money and will never go back to this establishment when there are so many better places to go. Should have went to noodles and co! We could have saved money and had a good meal.

We had a wonderful experience at Crave in Woodbury. We walked in to find a 45 minute wait but a handful of open seats at the bar. The drinks we ordered right away arrived in a very timely fashion and were delicious! My girl and I were sushi virgins before we ventured into Crave on this night and we were seated next to a very fun couple that showed us a few of the great tasting sushi rolls they had enjoyed in the past! We took the suggestion and ordered a roll of our own and we were very pleasantly surprised! Lots of flavor and fantastic selections all around! We will definitely be back!

Aweful......just Aweful!! worst resteraunt service I have had in years. Everyone who works there has an attitude, as if you are the patron and they are the customer. Very entitled kind of attitude. Never offered another drink or refills to the entire table of 8, even though they where not busy by any means. Also messed up and completely forgot one of our orders. Never going back, I have gone to the other Crave locations and never had this aweful of an experience. It is this specific resteraunt, place needs a major attitude adjustment.

We there on Sunday 2/26/2017 for lunch. Hostess kept pushing on us to take bar seats and did not even gave us an option to wait for the next available table! When we asked her that we would rather wait, we were seated at a bad table on aisle, even though there was plenty of tables in the middle and couple of booths. People kept bumping into my chair on the way to the restrooms. The servant was a nice woman though. But the overall experience was ruined by the attitude from the hostess and the location of the table.

Awful experience. Was told it was going to be a 25 minute wait so we sat at the bar and had a drink. 15 minutes later the bartender showed up. Took our drink orders and left. We waited another 45 minutes with no update on our table, and no service from the bartender. In the meantime we watched several parties of two who came in after us get seated. We walked out after an hour. Cant comment on the food because the service was atrocious. Dont waste your time here.
