I have yet to have an order fully correct from this store, and we stop often on the way to our lake place. Even when we double check the common misses (sauces for childrens nuggets, gender appropriate toy, asked for side item, etc.) they find new ways to miss something. We just take it for what it is these days and know that despite our efforts, and accurate ordering, things just arent going to be what we asked (and paid!) for.

Before I started to work here I came in new years eve & everyone way happy everyone had smiles on their faces & they were great with the kids I came in with . my order wasnt messed up . the kids had a blast . the food was fast & fresh . & thats what made me apply . I love the atmosphere there . great employees . & great managers . you will never know when a manger is mad or upset . they handle everything with care .

If you use the drive through, expect the order to be incorrect. It will be correct on the receipt (even though their order screen has been temporarily unavailable for a year) but they will either miss food or have your order incorrect. Be sure to check your order before you leave!

Waited at drive thru for more than 10 minutes without moving at all. Dont go to this location at dinner time cause youll be waiting forever and leaving hungry like I did. Glad they spent all that time upgrading the building just to lose my business.

Food and service was great but wow, the cleanliness of this place was NOT at any sort of standards. It seriously looks like no one has ever washed the floors, tables, cleaned the bathroom, in who knows how long. Completely grossed out

Been going here forever. Last time I had a whopper from them that was less than perfect was in the early 90s. As near as I can tell this is the best Burger King for 20 miles, possibly farther.
