Ever since this DQ changed owners it has gone downhill. First the wait time for your food (Medium cone) was over 12 minutes. On another occasion, I had candy on the side of my blizzard cup and the kid who made, grabbed it and put it into my cup. You dont touch peoples food. They all of a sudden do not have blueberries for shakes, no strawberries? What are they doing for banana splits. They workers are loud and inappropriate for a business and the place is disgustingly filthy. This was our favorite but we will be traveling further for a DQ treat.

This place is run by high school kids..no real management supervised. Kids running the show being loud, soicalizing with one another while taking customer orders...I ordered a box of 6 buster bars...they gave me 6 single bars in a brown bag..I asked for the pack I normaly get. The high school worker said they dont come that way..I pulled my car over walked in a pulled a box out of there freezer in there dinning area and dropped the bag on the floor they tried giving me..lost my business..I will drive the extra mile to north saint paul location...

The Staff at the 819 Century Ave Site have made a lot of improvements to their operating practices in the last year! Yes, their daily crew does look like a bunch of teen-agers, but on closer examination youll find they are college kids trying to earn extra $$$. The food has always been top notch, whether we eat inside or go thru the drive-thru! If theres ever a mistake made (the ARE human) they fix it quickly and without argument! Check them out! You wont be disappointed!!!!!!!

Food and soft serve never disappoints but seems disorganized could train their employees a little better. We ordered our blizzards to eat after our food was told to just come back to counter to ask for them but they looked confused. The person at the register said he had to ask someone in the back but continued to take orders from three more customers and I had to ask again before he went in back to ask. Service is horrible recommend sticking to the drive thru if possible.

You dont go to fast food place expecting a whole lot of good service. I went in to get a sandwich which found out was discontinued. Not a big deal, i ordered something else with suggestion from the cashier. They brought my food out with a great attitude and service. Very friendly staff, they exceeded many expectations. I live down the street and will be sure to come back. Note this was not the only time Ive experienced such great service.

All dairy Queens food and ice cream is great! But the service is so bad I cant even come here. Dripping $6 blizzards. Didnt even get a gold spoon with my royal blizzard! I guess they dont care about that anymore. The ice cream came about 10 minutes before the food in the drive thru! Very disappointed in the dairy Queen company as a whole because all dairy queens are this bad if they even service a burger for christ sake.

Long wait for cheese dogs and had to ask for my girlfriends cup for pop. Young staff could use some better training because they dont always seem the most professional. Also they were checking their phones, which is a big no no for most employers, and not washing their hands afterwards. Having their phones on the prep tables is unsanitary. They also were goofing around instead of working.

We have not been here 4 awhile but with the 5 dollar special we stopped. Ordered the chicken meal and the quarter lb meal , ordered chicken plain, and quarter lb with pickles and onions only. Got home they both had everything on them. ,, called them and the manager is the one that filled our order, ,, so what does that tell u ????? Very dissatisfied!!!!!!!!!

Inconsistent orange julius, tastes different each time. Once they had no oreos for blizzards! Usually very busy and not enough extra staff to help with keeping it clean or other things. Young adults usually acting young or lazy. The new design sucks too cause its always crowded and workers are crowded too always bumping into each other.

Got some hard working kids here. They smile and are always eager to help out customers and do their absolute best to correct mistakes. Sometimes there may be a wait for things, but in the summer, when the lobby is 100% packed, what exactly do you expect? The new design looks good too!

Ice cream is great. Sometimes the staff have said they dont carry an item that Ive ordered and gotten in the past, which is odd. Other than that the staff is good, maybe they need better training. The food isnt great, but I dont know anybody visits a DQ for food instead of ice cream.

Service was horrible. The long wait was bad enough but then every one of the orders were screwed up. Had to go back up to the counter 4 times to correct things. When we went to management to complain he just stared dumbly. Dont go here. Drive further to get better service.

I like their food which is at a fair value. I like their soft serve ice cream very much. I didnt like their strawberry topping which had flavored syrup. They use to have just natural strawberries only topping. The kids serving did seem to try hard to please.

Disappointed, both the banana split and blizzard had very little ice cream in them., about 75% in blizzard and less in banana split. This is second week in a row this has happened. Ill try back one more time in a couple of weeks... maybe.

2nd time we got home after being out shopping and run through the drive through one way back and the kids didnt get their treat even though they confirmed. Guess its our bad for not confirming it was in one of the bags.

I waited 15 minutes in line and after placing my order they told me that I had to have exact change for my $3.20 order. All I had was a 20. Im NEVER going back to that DQ again! This place is horribly managed.

The $5 buck lunch is gReat! I got the 1ST bacon cheeseburger, fries, drink and sundae. You get it all for $5. A great deal for sure.
