We had a horrible experience at the Burger King in Forest Lake. As we drove away we noticed we were a sandwich short. My husband drove around and went inside with the receipt. The lady was rude , acted like he was lying and told him to go get the bag of food. He is handicapped and walking is difficult. He went to the car and drove around to the drive thru window Another lady opened the window and would not take the bag so they could see what we got on our order. My husband said either give us the missing sandwich or give us our money back that we paid for it , she closed the window and refused to talk to us .. whaaaat? that was crazy , what fast food place does this over one sandwich? he honked the horn to get someone to take care of this, he asked for a manager and they said there was not one and that we needed to pull around to the parking lot cause they called the police. It would have been laughable except by now our sandwiches we did get were cold. We waited for 10 min or so and no police showed up We were out a sandwich and didnt get our money back. Beware check your order before you pull away from the window.. Rude ladies that work there. We will never go back!

Stay away. We were the only ones there when we walked in. Took several minutes just to get their attention. Got the food in a timely fashion which is weird for special order sandwiches. Had the butts of the pickles which were very chewy. Sandwiches were luke warm at best. Fries were cold and stale. Ordered to go which the receipt said and got it on a tray. So he put it in a bag. A tiny bag. He stuffed it in there and ripped the bag. Then told me to be careful cuz the bag was ripped. Soda dispenser area was disgusting. No one dining in and only a couple cars in the drive through....and no one there could do any cleaning. Go to Culvers next door.

This is the worst burger king Ive been to. Im a BK fan but this place is a total rip-off. I ordered large fries and received medium fries and i gave them a coupon for a free whopper but they still charged me for it and when I went back they couldnt do anything for me cause they lost my coupon and couldnt find it. Even the stupid so-called "manager" couldnt help me. God I dont even want to give this place 1 star but since its the minimum for the review, I would have given it a -5 stars if there was that option!

Service was slow even though I was the I only one at the counter. Then My order was wrong and when I brought it up to very politely tell the lady she just grabbed it from my hand, threw it on the counter behind her, and didnt say anything to me. She just yelled to the kitchen to get the correct order. Then she walked away and it took several minutes for her to hand me my new sandwich that was sitting in the warmer since 10 seconds after she asked for it. The food was good, but terrible service.

I stopped at this location before work one morning. big mistake. apparently the woman opening is not a morning person.... she literally cut me off three different times while I tried to order thru the drive thru. I finally had to ask her if I could finish my order only for her to tell me she wasnt ready.... what. rude. if you dont like your job, Damn it, get a different one. especially now that youre making more money than some people that bust their ass on a daily basis. pathetic.

The staff here is incredible. The last time I was here, when I went to pay I realized I had forgotten my card in my vehicle. When I went to grab it, the young gentlemen waiting on us said dont worry about it and took out his personal debit card and bought my kids lunch. I think that is way above and beyond customer service. I also love the new remodel here. It looks really good and I love the decorating.

Today I ordered 3 Whoppers 3 Value fries and 3 Hershey Sundays. All at the drive threw. I was charged $29.?? . I thought that was a lot but didnt complain. When I opened my order and i noticed i was shorted a fry and my whoppers were barley warn. I was annoyed and called. They were extremely rude about it and couldnt do anything about it. And the lady manager what a very rude!!! What Gives!!!!

I live in this town. and the Burger King here is so bad and out dated we travel to Blaine to go to Burger King. The Forest Lake Burger King food seams like its not fresh. And most of the time not hot. And they are very skimpy on there toppings. they should travel the ten minutes down 35w and see how a Burger King should be run.

That guy that gave it a 1 star mustve went there at night or something. Ive always had great service during the day, quick, hot food. Im not expecting 5 star quality meals, but the food is reasonable for the price, my fries are usually hot and fresh. If theyre not, the people there are happy to put a new batch down for me.

I go here fairly often, sometimes during the day, sometimes at night. The crew is always helpful and nice and the managers are always willing to help if something comes up. The food is what you can expect from BK: good value and good taste. Definitely recommended!

I went in this burger king intending to order lunch. First i used the restroom. It was so disgusting it made me think that if they cant keep the bathroom somewhat clean, how clean can the kitchen be? In order to avoid getting sick i left - never to return.

Ive lived in town for 5 years today was my first experience where the staff especially the active supervisor were ridiculously rude not just to me but my children and another ladies children i will not be back here until this supervisor is fired ....

Worst fish sandwich I have ever had. The square just gets smaller and the bun bigger. Way too much tartar sauce, it was so mushy. The guy gave my 7 and 6 year old toddler toys in their kids meal. Playland was great and so was the ore a shake.

Very very very slow service and when I did get my food through the drive-through it was wrong so I then went in to get the right food and stood there for 10 minutes waiting on my food I thought this was fast food not turtle food

Ive been going here for 2 years now. I do have special requests each time but I have never had them mess up an order. My only complaint is that most of the time they dont put napkins in the bag.

The play place was closed for cleaning and the unsweet tea tasted rotten. I am glad they clean the play place but they should do that clean it right before close. The food was good!

Stood at the register for 10 min before being helped food sucked and on top of it there are teens in the play area sucking face in front of my children displeased
