Wow. No words for the disorganization today. My coworker and I ordered take out and its clear that this Perkins either needs to stop doing take-out or they need additional training and expertise in how to handle take-out orders. uffda. First, I called and explicitly said two SEPARATE orders. The guy on the other end proceeded to take my order and gave me a total of $29 ... I explained again they are SEPARATE orders. He said theyll split it when I arrive. So, we arrive and of course our food isnt ready for us to pick up... We got to the car and decided to check the bags because of teh disorganization and confusion between staff. Her slice of pie was missing- we go back in, and explain that to them. They get the pie, and do NOT acknowledge a mistake on their part-- no "sorry", and no "thank you." My friend ordered a soda while we were waiting for a slice of pie that should have been there, and they charged her the $2.74 for a 20 ounce pop...if you ask me, that could have been free to apologize for the inconvenience at least. By the time we got out of there and back to our office which is two minutes away, our food was COLD and not as delicious as were accustomed to at Perkins. So sad.

I want to get the strawberry pie, when I got in and see no longer have strawberry pie on the shelf. I want to find out are they no longer have that in the menu or do they store in the kitchen inventory. The manager was busy with his stuff and it takes for a minutes to realized I was standing behind the counter. When he start asking me what I need, " do you have any strawberry pie? " " sorry? " , " do you have any strawberry pie", " no, we dont " and then he dont even look at me and only look at the customer who is waiting behind me. I even replied him back a thank you, he totally dont bother me. He is rude, and he can use a proper way to tell me example " Im sorry, we no longer sell the strawberry pie, do you want to try other pies?" or something. No he dont. I used to go there, now I will never go back there or even bring my friends to go there. He need to take 101 customer services class.

When i walked in, 2 girls argued in front me over who should show me and my family to our seat. Talking about going to the parking lot. Things calmed down before i could bust out the snapchat though which was a bummer. I felt genuinely uncomfortable after that as you can tell employees seem to despise their job. While i was trying to eat, a bust boy or whatever was staring at me so much that i couldnt eat. It was like he knew something i didnt and i wasted an entire meal because of it. Also the waiter never asked how i wanted my eggs and what not and i never saw him again until my food came so i was stuck with scrambled, barf. All in all, minus the entertainment when i walked in, it was an awful experience. Bottom of the barrel all around unfortunately. Haha oh and their claw game is a total joke. Avoid this location like the plague.

We went in and got seated in a booth and...waited...waited...waited! I finally went up to the cashier and asked her for water, coffee, and/or service. The manager was apologetic and sent our waitress over a few minutes later. The pot the coffee was in was dirty--lots of coffee spots and drips on it...the coffee was good. Dishes and silver seemed to be clean though very old and scratched up. I looked at the wood on the heating and air conditioning enclosure right under the window and it was grey with dirt and grime...looked like years old grime. I cannot imagine what the kitchen was like. Were I the owner or manager of this store I would fire the "cleaning" crew and train the cashier to keep an eye on customers so that no one sits around waiting while wait staff walks by. Not a great day for Perkins though our last trip there.

This is the second time going here in a row and my service was horrible. First it was the waitress ... we were there doing homework and didnt help us at all ... maybe came to our table three times. Than when it came time to pay she was playing with her phone at the cash register so I paid her exact change. Than we had to get our meal to go the second time cuz the evening manager made us feel so uncomfortable whispering to the waitress and run to the back and giving us dirty looks. I am done with perkins and I will never go there again. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life being at a resturant. They make you feel like you dont belong there.

The food took a bit to get to us and the waitress took a while to get a refill on the coffee. The thing that made it a five star was the waitress Daniella. She was the only waitress on duty but managed to make us feel like the only customers in a packed restaurant. Super attentive and as soon as she adjusted to the crowd, she was a machine. The food was hot and delicious and after that first lukewarm coffee pot refill the next three were hot and fresh. She managed the rush alone and with such a professional attitude. Had a smile on her face from start to finish. Will be returning soon and I hope i get her again as my waitress.

If there was an option for -5 stars, I would give it. This place is by far the worst Perkins I have ever been to. I literally watched the manager talk to every other table besides my own. I am furious. We were the only people of color there and every other non ethnic race got the best service over us! How sad! My friend had to even track down the manager after he watched us not get our order taken let alone have drinks at the tables with menus! Its so sad to know that they just didnt care. If this wasnt the only place open and I wasnt starving, Id go elsewhere. I wouldnt be surprised if they spit in our food.

My daughter and I went there for dinner. We waited by the entrance and no one didnt recognize us until 5 minutes later. We sat down and it took 20 minutes for the waiter to come over. I put our order in and it didnt come until an hour later. I overheard the table behind us talk about the place and later the waiter apologize for the long wait. I had asked the waiter to put it in a take out box instead because it was getting late and my year old daughter was getting sleepy. I rated them a 2 because the waiter gave us some fruits while waiting. I cant knock down courtesy.

Had the Classic Burger and shared an appetizer called cheeseburger fries. Both were excellent. Even though it was very busy when we got there, we only had to wait about 5 minutes for a booth. Service was excellent even though we were having a little decision issues. The few staff that were there displayed great team effort. Perkins is a great place to go.
