Ive been here twice to pick up half a dozen plain bagels - the first time about 3-4 months ago, and the second time was today. Both times, they were sold out. Isnt that kinda like McDonalds being sold out of hamburgers? They were nice enough about it though, so Im giving them an extra star for that. UPDATE: I went back for a third time, and this time they did have the bagels I was looking for. However, they definitely werent fresh, because they were hard as rocks 2 days later. Ive been to the Panera in Burnsville, where the bagels tasted much fresher, and lasted at least a week (I dont know how much longer they wouldve lasted, because I ate them.) So, you lose another star. Not going back to this one again. UPDATE 2: Like an idiot, I went back again. This time, the bagels were dry in the middle of the day, leading me to think that they had been cooked the day before. And when I ordered half a dozen, I received only 5. (Went through the drive-through.) They asked me if I wanted them sliced, I said yes, and they only sliced one of them.

Stopped in this last Friday around 7:30am, and there was an established line already. Having stopped at this particular location a number of times between 6 and 8am, this seemed odd. They seemingly had one person assigned to a register, who also had to deal with bagel orders. There were other employees walking around doing various things behind the cash wrap, but none of them seemed like they had much interest in getting that line taken care of. After waiting about 5 minutes and seeing no hope of any sense of urgency, I had to take off. My mornings cant be spent waiting for slow service. I hope this morning was a fluke, and I dont encounter this again, as it has been a favorite spot for breakfast and joe for the past months. I have not encountered wrong orders from here thus far.

Purchased a bowl of chicken wild rice soup and it had 3 tiny pieces of chicken in it. I called and reported the concern and they offered me a free bowl of soup to replace the one clearly lacking. They were out of chicken wild rice so I got the broccoli cheddar and the same thing-not one broccoli florets in the bowl. I suspect they are not stirring the soup before they ladle the soup into the to go container. Five dollars for a bowl of soup and the staff cant be bothered on two occasions to stir the soup before they serve it. I will go back to Panera but will avoid this one.

Pulled into the drive thru at 8:05pm i ordered a steak panini, a half salad, and a coffee. I sat at the drive thru window for 25 minutes watching all the employees laughing and talking amongst themselves. Finally at 825 the lady at the window handed me my food and said "were just waiting on the coffee" 5 minutes later she handed me the coffee cold and said "sorry they, i mean, I didnt know it was done" and laughed a little bit. Terrible service.

Best place to come to get a good cup of coffee and good bakery really disappointed today my favor coffe hazelnut today is look like water I tell somebody about and she say is ok and I said can you please make a new one and she wasnt happy when I tell her i order a cinnamon roll look old and really drie I come wiht mi friend twice a week the restaurant dont look clean is Saturday 5 pm not bussy . .

This location is always messing up my orders. I got a Med Veggie sandwich today that didnt have onions, peppadew, or hummus. I just got bread, cheese, tomato, and cucumber. Driest sandwich Ive gotten from this location, and thats saying a lot. I was on break for work and since it took 20 minutes to make my sandwich (the wrong way), I didnt have any time to go back and have it re-made.

Service was bad. So much as even the Store Manager just kind of went oh well. I split between this location and the one in West St. Paul. Guess what not anymore. West St. Paul will be getting all my business that is if I see my refund on my account is fixed. I would give no stars but the app wont let me. Still no answer from Pannera Bread MGMT. think I will boycott all of them

Always dirty, sometimes filthy. We have been there several times around 7:30 on weekday evenings after the supper rush and have found mostly dirty tables and floor. The employees are enjoying themselves behind the counter and the customers are wiping off their own tables. This is our neighborhood Panera but we will looking for another until this one gets its act together.

Got to the front of the line and the guy behind the register just walked away. Didnt come back or even let us know where he was going. So we got in the other line and told the guy behind the counter what happened, no acknowledgement or apology, just asked for our order. Food came out very quickly, but all the tables were dirty. Probably not going back

Customer service is lacking, especially from guy with the lisp and the large cashier lady in a purple coat I encountered today. Im sure youre miserable but its not my fault youre a cashier so dont treat the customers poorly. And learn how to greet customers rather than staring at them as they walk up to order, its not hard.

This Panera Bread NOW DELIVERS! This is one of the best locations Ive come across. Everyone that works there is very friendly and polite. Happy to assist me with anything. The store is very clean. The other day I was in and I noticed Panera now Delivers! What an awesome idea!!!

This location is very busy, but if you have the Panera app. I was able to find a table instead of waiting in line & order from my table! They give you the option to put in your table number & deliver the food to you! So I dont have to watch over my belongings. Great experience!

I like Panera but this location always seems a bit off. I had ordered my food and a baguette but the woman after taking my payment went and just grabbed one and sliced it with out washing her hands or putting gloves on.

I was upset originally b/c they totally messed up a to go phone order. I got home, called them, and they had the right food, plus a bunch of other goodies, waiting for me. Good recovery!

I am very impressed. The food is fantastic, and the service is good. The price can be expensive for what you order and some of the food that are sold in stores can be made at home.

All Paneras are consistently good. Staff great, food good, never a problem. Fast checkout. The Eagan Panera staff are especially good.
