Hi-Quality made three delicious cakes for my daughters wedding in Cannon Falls recently. This included a tiered white cake with buttercream frosting and chocolate mousse filling flanked by German chocolate and red velvet sheet cakes. They were some of the best wedding cakes Ive ever eaten, moist and flavorful without being overly sweet. We asked for a fall leaf theme on all three cakes to unify the look. Marzipan leaves spilled off the tier and onto each individual square of the sheet cakes. The effect was beautiful. I thought we might end up with a lot of cake left over but people loved them and came back for a taste of all three. "Hi-quality" yet reasonably priced and personally delivered...thank you, you lived up to your name!

We were staying at the B&B in Cannon Falls and went in the bakery for breakfast and couldnt believe the donut selection here. Id say there were about 50 choices of donuts. We picked out 5 different ones and all of them were amazing. There were a lot of people picking up their buns in large orders too. GREAT small town bakery that you just dont find anymore.

This bakery is absolutely amazing! Not only do we go in frequently for donuts but I had my wedding cake done there as well. I got exactly what I had always envisioned, probably even better than what I could have ever of dreamed of. All of their food items are delicious and reasonably prices. Love them!

That is what my family has said for most of my 60 yrs. Any event-big or small, the buns have to come from the Cannon Falls Bakery, as we know it.!!!! Thanks for many delicious years of baking for our family.

Nice little "hometown" bakery. Had some coffee and a couple of their donuts (the crushed nut, maple topped cinnamon donut -- for a donut -- was outstanding). The loaf of bread I took home is also very good.
