We have been at this location twice & ordered take out twice. Both times we got takeout, everything was just fine. Good food, ready on time, good price, etc. The first time we dined-in, everything went well with service & food. However, my son & I just went here recently for a "special-someting-fun" for us to do together & had a not-so-great experience... We had less-than-good service & the food was not good at all. I was surprised because I typically like the food we receive here however this time was different. There was fries the mixed in with my breakfast potatoes & my omelet literally only had filling and half of it, the other half was only just egg, no cheese or other filings at all. The pancakes were somewhat burnt & for some reason there was a hole in the middle of all of them. The chicken wild rice soup was pretty good. But the chicken salad entree was quite sad... To the point of hardly eating any of it aside from a couple bites. The "toasted bread" it came on was about 1.5x5 inches & the slop that was chicken salad was put on with an ice cream scoop. (not to mention there were no nuts like there was supposed to be) BUT... I just want to make it known this is the only bad experience Ive had, usually it is good (the other few times at this location) & everything you would expect from Perkins

So I come here often, usually early morning. Tonight I got there around 7:45-8:00 I was warmly greeted and what I assume was the manager got me to a table and got my coffee and a water within a minute. It was looking great until I waited almost 15 minutes for my order to be taken, and another 30 before I finally left. There were maybe 9-10 other tables with their food in the entire restaurant. So after being seated I got a paper, read about half of it, went out, had a smoke, and waited an additional 15 minutes before I finally left. Not once did I get a refill on my water or my coffee. No notice like "Sorry for the wait it will just be a couple of minutes". Honestly if I had been given a coffee refill and maybe an offer of a small orange juice I wouldnt have left. But after an hour with a cup of coffee and a water I wondered why when I show up at 3am before work with maybe 3 people on staff I get better service than at 8pm when I see a manager, 2 servers and at least 3 cooks this couldnt get done.

First and last time there. Customer service sucks straight up. I had a party of mine go there and they had one of our orders wrong. We also didnt get any napkins or utensils. After our meals we had our payments paid separately and we clearly explained what we were paying for and the worker there suspected one of my guy that he didnt pay for his meal (which I already covered it). We told him we paid for it already then he started throwing tantrums, he said we made it hard for him when we were clear!! WE EVEN HAD TO APOLOGIZE!! We ended up paying for it. Never had I left a restaurant that pissed off.

I will never go here EVER again in life! Food was okay at best. Waitress was really nice though and helpful. Went there after sons football practice with another football family. My bill came to $24 and change. I gave the waitress $30 cash and left. Some lady came out running after me telling me i need to pay my bill. Ive never been so embarrassed in my life! I think we were profiled. Sorry, Im black, educated, employed, and earn more an hour than my bill was. If i was going to dine and dash id do it at Fogo, Mancinis, or Murrays. Not this dump.

You have a giant 24hour sign .75 miles from the highway. 11:45 and you are closed. The worst...Perkins has a gold standard for supplying food to the drunken biligerant at the late hours of the night and wee early hours of the morning. Absolute failure here...these non pie offering no omelet flipping pancake without syrup offering SOBs just phoned it in. Piss off and dont bother reopening. Gma can get her muffins elsewhere.

Will never eat at this Perkins again, skimpy portions and slow service. I ate there once and my omelette was completely wrong (well I did order eggs in it but after that it was wrong). I was in hurry to the airport so I told them I didnt have time to wait to replace it so I ate it anyway. No apologies, no offer to reduce my bill, poor customer service! Jimmys across the street is awesome and less expensive!!!

Just wanted to say I had a great experience today, thanks to one employee. I had a meeting and needed a private space for our conversation, & also needed an outlet for my computer. The man that helped us went out of his way to accomodate & check on us (I think his name was chris, young african american man). He was awesome and friendly, we really appreciated that!

I dont Point my finger at the waitress for time it took to get our food, I will Im fact when it comes to topping off a glass of water. The parking lot was almost empty so they were not busy inside, so one cant use that excuse. My everything omelette should be named, not much of anything and my side of hash browns may have fit in the palm of your hand.

Its Perkins. What more needs to be said. You pay $12 for an Omelet of just above mediocre quality. This location was recently "renovated" and has some fresh paint and drywall up. The windows were basically just deeply cleaned and sanded as the original finish is worn down in some places. Better than IHOP I suppose.

Great staff and food during the day. But the latest visit was very early morning after a night out and the employee who seated us said he was the only person working currently, so after some more waiting as he cooked the other tables food, I think, we just left empty-tummied and made our own pancakes at home :/

Worst customer service ever. How dare you not like something disgusting they serve u. Even if u taste one bite and dont touch the rest of the plate. They will not comp u or exchange your food/app. Dont try anything new. Stick to what u know.
