A Pleasant Surprise & The Best Local Dinning Experience! For a little background: In general Im scared public chicken because Ive experienced it in everything from high end restaurants to fast food joints generally poorly cooked as a standard now I almost never have interest in it. My brother, a world traveler with great taste told me about this restaurant and tonight I googled for something new. Let me tell you I arrived approximately 15 minutes before closing but needed a minute with the menu since it was a first time they were totally patient about it. I grabbed a combo and also asked they add whatever a first time patron should experience from there restaurant to my order. I was pleasantly surprised & happy about what they did!! Everything I was served tasted fresh even at that hour. The chicken was both seasoned and cooked to perfection. The watermelon mint lemonade is fabulous and there branded sauce... forget about it! Overall, this was a delicious dining experience that will become the exception to my dining out rule. Also, the team that was working tonight actually shocked me by an extraordinary level of customer service one does not expect to experience these days. Total Class.

This is my first time eating inside this chick fila in West St. Paul. What I really love is that the condiments and napkins stations were very organized, neat and full. The napkins were placed in a way where it was easy to grab however many you need. The seating area is spacious, clean and inviting. I didnt like that the drink station was behind the counter where the worker will fill it up for you. I hate asking for refills. Id rather do it myself. But at least its free refills. They have Coke and Dr. Pepper products, lemonade and iced tea. What I absolutely didnt appreciate was the size of the chick fila nuggets. For $6.55 for an 8pc, you want what they advertise in their menu picture. How could they give people tiny pieces? Its so not worth it. I did go ask them for another piece and they were ok about it. Its just that if I were to go home and find these tiny pieces, it would be upsetting. The chicken noodle soup was good with the crackers. By itself, not very good. The service wasnt bad. There was a young dark hair lady who looked like a manager, she seemed nice and kept smiling at us.

Went through the drive through, lady over the intercom was friendly and correct. I pull to the window and the guy that takes my card charges me for an order I did not make. then i correct him and he refunds my money. does literally the exact same thing again. seriously... I corrected him again he gives me another refund. this time he looks out the window and say "Well what did you order?" i tell him he charges me correctly then hands me my food. I look into the bag and everything looks to be okay. I get back to work and open my bag to eat my 12ct nuggets, only to find there is a 4ct tender meal (without honey mustard) I get mistakes happen but this is silly. I gave up.

I honestly had no idea what the big deal was with Chick-fil-A unitl my first time. Its the perfect mix between sit down dining and fast food. The quality chicken you receive is bar none. I couldnt imagine ever having chicken from anywhere else. It isnt greasy and you feel good about eating it. The sauces are amazing and theyll let you have one of each if you ask. They offer to get you refills on your soda as there is no self service machine. This place is awesome. Clean and friendly. I wish more places would take a page out of Chick-fil-As book.

Friendly staff and inside the building looks wonderful! Would give a 4 or 5 stars if I didnt get consistent mistakes made by the staff mixing up my orders with others. Seems to be a common theme with them if they are busy, but after having to deal with it a lot, it can become very frustrating to have to go out of your car to talk to the manager and fix the order. They are really nice and offer promotions for their mistakes, but in the end, I just want to get my order right the first time. Likely to change the rating in the near future.

Very excited when I saw the store. I had passengers in the car that has never been to Chick-fil-a. I explained why they should. They they will. Eric I believe is the Manager as well as a lady that seems to be a Manager and another gentleman that wasnt on the clock. Very very Pleasant People. Really was impressed. As well as the setup in the dining area. I have been to a ton I mean a ton of these restaurants this has got to be the best Ive been to. Thank you. .Douglas Martenia. Have a Blessed Life!

I LOVE their breaded sandwich and nuggets, by fare my fave; but their grilled items are gross and slimy. I literally took two bites of my grilled chicken salad and left it there on the table and walk out. I was disgusted. Great customer service too, Im sure had I said something they would have made it right. But I was trying to order something healthy, so had I said something I would have had to revert back to the delicious bread items. They cant fix their grilled items.

Wow. This place is so nice. If you have time to go in ans sit down please do. Its going to be a great time. Its clean, friendly, honest, and upfront. The amount of condiments this place has is crazy. Theres a lady whos job is just to make sure youre doing okay at the tables, take trash, and fill cups. Its priced similarly to a burger king so its on the higher end but nothing unreasonable. I love taking my lunches here and Ill most certainly be back.

"Night to Shine" is an unforgettable prom night experience for Special Needs kids and part of the Tim Tebow Foundation. They host a Prom Night with everything including a Red Carpet entry. Chick-Fil-a was kind enough to donate dinner to the 202 attendees and to about that many volunteers at the party and gave them the royal treatment. Thank you so very much for your part in an experience these kids will not ever forget.

Ive gone to this location several times. I love the food here, always have. Every time i go theres a younger girl in the window (jazleen?) and she is absolutely one of the best fast food workers i have ever met. She is always so so kind and funny, shes complimented me every single time i came in! also very chatty. Love this location because of the absolutely great customer service! someone please give this girl a raise!

First time trying Chick-fil-A and I instantly fell in love. Chicken was juicy and tender, fries were golden brown. Everything was perfect. Also, the guy at the drive thru speaker and the girl that handed me my food were both very polite and made me feel like they actually enjoy their job, unlike other fast food places where the employees seem to hate you when handing out the food. I will definitely come back soon!
