Im not usually one to review badly, I like to give the benefit of the doubt. But, my first visit to this location was enough that Ill never try again. Got eyes rolled at us from the cashier for looking at the menu for 3 seconds, then she was frustrated with me because I couldnt remember the specific name for "Parmesan Crusted Chicken". My husband asked for a little extra sauce and she grimaced at him and said, "we measure it, we dont eyeball it"-- thats fine, hes just asking for maybe an extra scoop. The toilet was clogged with 17 brown paper towels because both of the rolls of TP were gone. When in the bathroom, you can hear the kitchen complaining about the customers in the restaurant. Tables were dirty, and when the food came my husband only got half a piece of chicken, hardly any of the vegetables, and LOADS of sauce. So much for measuring, huh?

If you are a vegetarian, stay far FAR away! I normally leave good reviews and the service was fine. My friend got Mac & Cheese and she was fine but I got the WORST food poisoning of my life from eating their tofu. About a month ago, I went here with a friend and ordered noodles and tofu. I woke up in the middle of the night, extremely sick and it was near the worst experience of my life. It should be their responsibility to make sure that their customers will not get deathly ill from eating their food, whether someone there had the virus and touched the food or it was left out too long, its absolutely unacceptable. I will NEVER go back to ANY Noodles & Company for this reason.

everything was great and the food was fine. the place wasnt very clean to be fair. drinks and plates on almost every table. but okay heres my issue, the cook kept singing. and when no one said anything to her, shed sing louder and louder. looking at people and hoping they would say something. finally another employee said something to the effect of wow ur a pretty good singer and she just said haha yeah I know and kept singing. it was actually pretty bad the other kid was just being kind. so I was not having a good time. neither was the rest of the place. I went there to have a good lunch with my brother. I didnt sign up for the musical performance.

They dont get take out orders right. Always missing an ingredient and they dont follow special instructions. How hard is it to understand "dressing on the side"? I notice a cheap out on ingredients compared to other Noodles...like only a spoonful of spinach in the buff bowls. Staff seems only okay but managers are helpful and nice. I work nearby and probably only order once every other month and something has always been wrong with my simple takeout order.

Worst mac & cheese Ive ever had -- worse than from a box. I got a big pile of plain macaroni with some cheese melted on top and a bit of slimy cream sauce at the bottom. VERY disappointing. Service was poor, too. 2 employees ignored me when I entered despite making eye contact with both (there was no line). When someone finally did take my order, she was surly and dismissive - as if I were inconveniencing her.

Come here at least once a week and probably for the last time. Everytime I come they dont have what I want for my drink. Today, nothing but diet and zero drinks. Youd think they would give you a heads up when you pay 2.29 extra for something you dont want but nope. Noodles are always good but inconsistent. Ei: Not enough cheese/ sauce, soggy. Employees seem to be doing their best though.

They handle all the food with no gloves digging their hands in different packages and bowels cooking meat ungloved I asked the manager whats their policy he said they are supposed to use tongs and wear gloves when they handle meat. Sounds very laxed to me what restaurant does that now. Not many their asking for a lawsuit. I am sure the CEO would not like that! Never eating hear again.

This is my second time I have been disappointed here.... My salad has old lettuce and it looks discusting.... DO NOT FEED PEOPLE THIS CRAP WTF you need to get better staff... As for my pregnant other half... She has cabage in her alfedo... Pretty sure its not suppose to be there.. Last time I was here I ordered spaghetti and they served it with cold meatballs...

Fresh ingredients, friendly service, and to top it all off not a bad price for what you get! Big bowl of noodles, chicken, asian inspired sauces all for under $10.00. Staff is super friendly and good at what they do. The only draw back is getting in to the parking lot. Its oddly positioned on the corner of a busy intersection.

I love Noodles & Company. This location is great...always good service and the food always tastes fresh and flavorful. My only complaint would be that the prices to add meat to a dish are a bit too expensive, but thats a company policy...nothing to do with this specific location. Go here. Its great.

Ive only been to this location once and they were pretty backed up. The Pad Thai was pretty awful from what it usually is. Im sure they are fine on a normal day. My roommate really likes this location but for now I will give them the benefit of the doubt and 3 stars.

Thanks for hosting us for a staff lunch, Noodles & Company! Lexi (shift manager) and the staff was very friendly and accommodating and of course, the food was terrific. I definitely recommend this location and will be returning again!

Got the stroganoff with beef and only had about three tiny pieces of meat the rest was very big mushrooms!! And it only took two minutes and done?!?! Never has that happen before...rushed my meal. Never come to this one again.

We dont get to Noodles very often but when we do the food is always delicious. The prices are pretty reasonable considering the quality of the food. Its not easy to find a healthy place to eat at outside your own home.

The service was horrible. The waitress basically threw our food at us. My family member who works there asked for a discount and had the discount card was throw at him by his manager. Would never go back.

The place is absolutely disgusting inside! Everything is dirty and smudged up. The salt and pepper grinders make me wanna throw up theyre so dirty and grimy. Im done with this noodles for sure. So gross!

This is a very nice location. They have very good service and clean facility. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is the construction has caused issues getting into the location from the north.

Their noodle dishes are really good, but whenever I order the Korean meatballs they tend to burn the sauce, they were accomodating the second time and remade them. Great place for a quick meal.

I wasnt very happy with my food today.i dont know if the time of day had anything to do with it or a not so good cook. Im a little disappointed because the food is usually good.
