Young staff was very friendly but the supervisor/manager on duty was super rude and disrespectful. I ordered an extra large blizzard and paid for extra toppings when I got my blizzard in the Drive-Thru window the ice cream was still White so I asked very politely if extra toppings were added I was told by the kind young staff at the window that she would check and she would get extra toppings put in it for me then the supervisor came up to the window and said that she already put extra toppings in there and if I wanted more that I would have to pay more which I had already paid extra for I still politely responded that my ice cream was white and usually when I order extra toppings my ice cream is Pink she still felt the need to really argue with me tell me that I was wrong and demand more money on top of the $20 that I already spent there for extra toppings so instead of saying the customer is always right and adding the extra squirt of toppings to make the customer happy I will never return to the Cottage Grove Dairy Queen ever again for the rudeness disrespectfulness of the way I was treated there. Which I live in Cottage Grove and I would rather drive to Woodbury or Stillwater to get Dairy Queen then go to that Cottage Grove Dairy Queen ever again

Always very friendly and quick service here, even when the line is 10 deep! And to the person who stated there was no free ice cream cone on free cone day, YES there was! My daughter and I both got free cones that day, and so did many others. Shame on you for posting that. Also, this DQ use to have an indoor eat in area, but nobody ever used it, the patio area is used more!

There is outside sitting here but nothing on the inside, staff did a great job of quickly identifying the outside and asking what I would like. They did a great job of quickly making the food and presenting it to us everything tasted great

I love this Dairy Queen. It is owned and operated by a lovely family and they are always very kind when I go there. Love the Crunch cones-with extra crunch and the Blue Raspberry Artic Rush Floats. They are the best!

They do a decent job on the treats, EXCEPT for Orang Juliuses. Weve gotten rancid ones from there 3 times in a row now. Go back and ask for a refund and youll get the Spanish Inquisition.
