We visited the Dairy Queen located at 2120 Arboretum Blvd, Victoria, MN 55386 on 8/15/2015 at around 4 pm. A couple of weeks before, we had gone to a Minnesota Twins game where we received 2 Dairy Queen baseball caps that had a coupon on each of them for $1 off a Dairy Queen Blizzard. When we tried to use them, the girl said, "You can only use those at the place you got them." When I said they were from a Twins game, she said that they didnt accept those coupons. Then she said, "Maybe you can use them at the Chaska location." First of all, since when wont coupons work at Dairy Queen? I know that some coupons may be for specific locations, but these coupons were not one of those. Sure, it says "At participation locations", but that is on EVERY coupon. These kids working there are constantly making it very difficult to want to return to that location. We ordered a hot dog one time for our son, and we had gotten a hot dog that was microwaved, the bun was hard as a rock, and the hot dog looked like a dog turd. I went and asked for another hot dog, and it was like pulling teeth to get another one. We ordered a kids meal one time that came with a small cone. When I went to ask for the cone after my son was done with his meal, they said that I had to use the coupon that was on the bag. I told them that the coupon was for a future visit, but they told me that I had to use that coupon. We had ordered the same meal the week before and did not have to use the coupon on the bag. The employees are rude and seem to make up their own rules whenever they feel like it.

Shittiest DQ ever!!! My husband hates this place with a passion because they never get our order correct and always take an insanely long amount of time. Over 10 minutes to get French fries, a pop and a smoothie. Which they made the smoothie wrong. The kid working said he didnt know what it was. We ordered an Orange Berry (strawberry, banana and orange) he made an Orange Julius instead. Multiple other times we ordered a double cheese burger or other burgers that were supposed to be double patties and theres always only one patty. Wed stop going there but our kid loves the French fries! And I find it amusing now just to see what they get wrong!

Live a mile down the road and have gone a few dozen times. Each time is a disappointment and Ive now vowed never to go back. Blizzards never have and mix-ins or are the slimmest Ive ever received. Malts and sundaes are the same - minimal toppings and runny. Food is slow, fries are half filled in the baskets, and they never fully get the order correct. Additionally, staff is inattentive, slow, and would rather talk behind the counter than serve customers. Never see a manager so the high school kids do what they please. Surprised this is still open and people still go quite frankly.

Never had a order this messed up. Went to the drive-thru and ordered a meal with no cheese, they put cheese on it ordered a chocolate shake, they gave me strawberry ordered a dilly bar with the kids meal, no dilly bar While I was there there was a boy working there carrying around shakes upside down. when I called to ask for a manager, the kid who answered said there wasnt one, only an assistant manager. while I was waiting I heard probably that same boy laugh and said "Kelly is the assistant manager hahaha? Let me talk to him as he laughs even harder" What a joke.

Honestly the worst dairy queen Ive ever been to. The toast on my chicken strip basket wasnt even toasted. It was just stuff bread. When I asked for them to toast it again they laughed and said no. On another visit, I needed to use the restroom and they were out of toilet paper. I let them know, and that I needed it to be changed, and she just said "okay" and just stood there. I sill never come back to this store. For a good experience, go to the one in Chaska on hwy41. Much better quality and if they mess up they sill at least fix it for you.

Ordered a kids meal to go. Didnt get 2/4 items of the meal in the bag. When I went back and asked for the missing drink, the staff member was rude and completely disrespectful. We were first in line when ordering and many people came in line behind us. The 3-4 DQ staff "worked" in the kitchen with their backs to the customers in line for almost 5 minutes before asking if anyone there had not yet been helped... what, are you kidding me? No one had been helped. I would have walked out if I hadnt already paid for the meal. Terrible experience.

Owners have been rude jerks for years. Stopped in yesterday for lunch. Stood at counter for 10 minutes (yes, 10 full minutes) without even being acknowledged by staff as they processed orders for the drive-through lane. Left the restaurant to find something else local in Victoria. Restaurant decorated in early-American Grandma. Hasnt been updated since the 70s. Never, ever again will they get the opportunity to sell me anything. Ill drive to Norwood or Chaska before these tree-stumps get a penny of my business in the future.

I didnt even make it in the door. They had the majority of the lot closed due to new blacktop coat. Apparently drive thru was closed due to this, but no sign. The 8 or so spots were filled. When I drove around to where the drive thru was a manager stuck his head out the door and said that side was closed. Yes, there were cones but how do you operate a business like DQ with nowhere to park & no drive thru?? Never bothering here again. Looks like Im not alone.

Was there tonight with my parents, WORST service ever. Whoever the older gentleman (manager/owner?) was he was completely rude to the customers and staff. He made us feel dumb and like it was an inconvenience to be serving us. They got 4/6 items wrong and forgot to give us our drink. When we took them up to get the order right, especially since we paid for upgrades, he was still rude. Never going back again and definitely wouldnt recommend it to anyone!

Gravy was cold, chicken was old. Ice cream was runny. The dinning room smelt like pee. Bathroom had pee all over the floor and walls even soaked the toilet paper with pee. Im sure it was another unsatisfied customer. Im never going back to this place again. Really bad ownership. I got food poisoning a few years ago from a cheeseburger thru up all night. Dairy queen headquarters better shut them down soon. They are ruining there reputation. Thats all.

Staff are the nicest and most caring people Ive ever met I would hangout with them on my free time. They deserve to be paid much more because its obvious to see how hard they are working to make your order. The young staff do very well at utilizing the outdated and hazardous equipment. Will never find any other resturaunt with staff that treat their coworkers and customers like their own family.

Absolutely awful customer service! No smile , a hello or manners from the older gentlemen and his teenage / young adult staff. My mom said it best "it felt like us being there was an inconvenience to them". This is not the first time we have experienced this but it will be our last, which is a shame since we have been going to this location for decades and have many memories there.
