I dont even give this place 1 star! Horrible management! Young man argued with us for over 5 min in front of other customers all because he was butt hurt that we told him the blizzards he made us suck!! Wouldnt give us a refund and after having to tell him we are going over his head to make this horrible experience worth it then he finally decided to remake the blizzard but still tasted like just vanilla ice cream!! I emailed corporate and now writing this review on every page I can find for this location!! Very stingy owner! Horrible service every time, Ill drive the extra 15 miles to get a REAL blizzard!! Never going back will go to culvers down the street before ever going here again!!!!

Other writers are correct on the small portions. The prices are determined by the franchise but they do make you pay for water and give you the bear minium for their products. They did say they met their quota on free ice cream at 1 pm. When I asked what was the quota, they just stated that they met it earlier but they seem to have plenty to sell. The staff do seem friendly enough but they do seem to have high turnover and previous employees tend to say negative things about them. I rate them very poor for these reasons and I encourage you to bring your business to any other DO you might find.

Worse DQ ever. Appear to be very stingy here. Portions are small and with hardly any toppings. For the 75th Anniversary free cones ad, we went and were told they reached their quota but they still had cones for sale. We live in Spring Park but went to Chaska and they had free cones all night with a ton more traffic. A much better experience. And yes, the Shoreline Dr DQ charges .25 for water when non others in nearby towns do. So disappointed we dont live by a DQ that runs its operation better.

It was very disappointing to bring children to this store for a free cone as advertised for DQs 75th anniversary, only to be told they had reached their limit of free cones. The offer on DQs website doesnt mention limits. We ended up buying ice cream. Interesting...they still had ice cream to sell. Well go to Culvers down the street for ice cream from now on where theres always a free cone for kids.

Not very happy with this location, got blizzards the other night and basically got a cup of ice cream with a few chunks of stuff in it, for what a blizzard costs Im pretty sure you can afford to put the correct amount of fillings in them. Wont be going back there.

The owners are stingy. Ice water is 25¢. They only offer vanilla ice cream. If you ask for mustard with your hot dogs, youll only get one packet. If you get a chili dog, you wont be given a fork unless you ask for it. Penny pinching at a popular spot.
