Treated very rudely. Ordered 6 piece chicken strip. Received food that was lukewarm or almost cold. Returned it and they did make us some new ones that were hot. The cook new that they werent hot. I started walking up to return them and he was making new ones before I told them what was wrong guaranteed. But the cook yells for everyone to hear "6 piece chicken strip, its hot now". Im sure it was all high school kids running it. It will be awhile before going back.

Poor customer service! Prices higher than any other DQ in the area! Very snotty staff and immature. Call for a manager and he was also very snotty. The blizzards hardly have any toppings in them and are poorly mixed everythings always at the bottom if there is anything. I live in Belle Plaine and I promise I will never go to this one again!

The Belle Plaine DQ would not honor a coupon that I got for my Birthday because it had a St Peter address on it. So when I used it at St Peter before I gave it to them I told them it was a Belle Plaine coupon and would they honor it? They said yes. I was very unhappy with the Belle Plaine DQ

Gravy looked old, like it was a pre-made cup from earlier. Toast had some weird funky taste to it. The hot fudge sunday tasted weird too. Every other DQ i have been to had always had awesome gravy and toast... Food was piping hot though, chicken and fries tasted great.

If you put on here that they close at 9:30, you should probably stay open that late and not ignore the paying customer sitting in the drive thru... especially when youre walking by to take the trash out anyway. Worst DQ I have ever been too!

Food isnt bad, but prices have went up considerably! An 8" ice cream cake is now $29 + tax! Ridiculous. The kids that work there are too busy talking to each other instead of taking care of customers! All in all, bad experience here.

Ordered two blizzards and neither were made correctly. Not sure if the employees were just lazy or not trained well. I would recommend going to a different Dairy Queen.

The ice cream cones here in Belle Plaine Minnesota are very small and there about 40 to 50 cents higher then then the ones in Shakopee Minnesota Dairy Queen :-(
