This was our second time visiting this particular DQ and both times the drive-thru line was ridiculously long. When we finally got up to the window to pick up our two blizzards the guy couldnt find them as I heard him asking other employees where they are. After a couple seconds of confusion I heard our blizzards slammed down on to the counter and he handed them to us. They were completely melted ice cream soups in a cup. They must have been made when we ordered and left to sit the whole time. He did not do the serve it upside down trick and had he it would have slopped all over the ground. Never going back to this DQ again.

Seriously? With the additude? I sat in line for 15 minutes waiting to order, only to be greeted by some sarcastic kid. When I asked what they had that was strawberry flavored, "I cant see your menu..." I got a snotty sarcastic response back. When I finally got to the window and paid, the money handler at the window wiped the excess ice cream off of my cup with her dirty money handling fingers. Wish this place would get its act together. Ive been in the place when everyone was wearing flip flops... I usually will only go to the one on Carriage Court. Thought Id give this place another shot. Wish theyd just shut it down.

Get my order wring every time, plus longer wait than the one next to walmart. Wrong burger, wrong size, wrong soda, not giving receipts even when asked, they do it all. Biggest problem is when they say the buger doesnt come with onions, THEN THEY ADD ONIONS, adding ingredients when asked not to is a serious problem for customers with allergies. This is a life treating issue for a lot of people, Im shocked no one has died from eating here. Excuse is new hires everytime, cant train half decent employees or keep them either way not worth it. Go to one next to walmart, or have enough time to return order for refund.

There is legitimately no better Dairy Queen in the state than this one. Blizzards are always too notch, food is always cooked to perfection and service is very consistently well executed. This DQ has been a staple of the Shakopee community for years. The owner very often gives kids their first job and makes sure they have the skills needed to move on to the next one when the time comes. Shakopee would not be the same without this Dairy Queen.

My order was long and some things were wrong. When I told someone, a manager came to the window and asked if anything wasnt correct. I told her that I was missing a blizzard and two sandwiches. She apologized and got it out to me in less than a min. She was friendly and asked me about my day while I was waiting. I left in a happier mood than when I came. I will becoming back to give DQ another chance

Wrong sandwiches, employees didnt listen to order, waited forever while almost every employee was messing around, didnt get the sauces we paid for, blizzard was only mixed on the top....I wouldnt recommend ordering anything but dessert from from here, but only if youre willing to wait 15 minutes for it.

By Kids for Kids This DQ is a prime example of large group teenage employees in no hurry, with something better to do on their minds. Good luck spotting an adult or someone who seems to know whats going on. If you appreciate disengaged staff, no DQ promotions - this is the place.

Well went there last night an the drive Thur woman look like some one on Halloween an then when I said you didnt server it to me up side down she said sorry we dont do that here what a joke isnt that what do is known for get new help please I will never go back to that store again

Those who live in the townhomes nearby are quite lucky for living near such a fine ice cream restaurant. There are many items here that meet the standard of expectation. In the city of Shakopee, this restaurant would be my 6th favorite place to eat.

Its okay. Sometimes there is great service but other times its not great. They usually mess up orders also. Just today my friend ordered a double brownie and she found a gross sticky white thing in her icecream. And the fries get super salty.

Pulled up to order and the employee talked so fast, didnt even sound like she was enjoying her job. My first time ever coming here and was not pleased. Food took 10 mins to recieve , food was also sloppy made, DQ is not for me ! Sorry

Theres something to be said when you can complain about the service at a fast food restaurant. This location wouldnt even take a coupon that list their address. Go to the one on Old Carriage Court; same food MUCH better service.

Took almost 15 minutes got my food sit down eat my buger there was mustard and pickle I went to give the buger they messed on took another 15 minutes my ffries got cold my ice cream melting i was not happy slow service.

This is a solid store. Very helpful to customers and the crew is pretty fun. Always some guy singing in the back. There were times where the service was below my expectations but they corrected it when I asked.

This Dairy Queen gets and stays quite busy at night when many people are craving that after dinner treat. The staff has always been friendly and gets out the food to the customer as quick as they can.

Service was fast, but not rushed even though it wss close to closing time. I ordered the chocolate Xtreme Blizzard, and it seemed to be not quite as thick as previous Blizzards Ive had.

Ive always thought a place like this could use 2 drive through. One for food that takes 5-10+ minutes and the Mini-van soccer moms, and one for blizzards and cones that take 1 minute.

This place takes along time to get your food, If you look in the drive through window, you see about Six people standing around doing nothing, food is good though.

Ive never spent less than 20 minutes in the drive through here. This is the fourth or fifth time. This is the worst service Ive ever experienced in "fast" food.
