Walked in and we thought it would be a good experience as there were at least 20 workers and 10 customers. In and out quickly, right? Score! Epic fail. Worst Chipotle experience ever. It was like school career day at Chipotle, and they all failed. We get in line and the gal gave us microscopic portions of rice, fajitas and meat. When we asked for more please, she gave us nasty looks. When they got my salsas wrong I didnt even bother to say anything as I didnt want anymore nasty looks. When we went to pay, the cashier kept ringing our order incorrectly. She finally got it. We went to get our sodas and the lemonade was out of syrup. Tried the Sprite, same thing. Another customer made some less than savory comments so I went and told the cashier that the syrup was out. My 4 year old had to go to the bathroom, and the garbage was overflowing in there. So we left, and we realized that my daughter didnt get her chips with her kids meal. We got our chips and guac...the guac was awful. Almost slimey/runny consistency. Never will go back to this location again.

Honestly love going to Chipotle. But definitely not this one. Came here 3 times. The young lady who was working the front of the line was so rude. Gave like a pinch of rice and barely any meat. Before even ordering she just stood there and the guy behind her was looking at her like "wt* are you doing" Had to ask the second worker to add more rice and meat cause the first girl wouldnt. Id definitely consider firing her if you havent.. (I know its fast food-ish but dont work it if you dont want too, no body is forcing you too)... ruined my experience here and wont be coming back to this Chipotle for sure.

The food is always good, and the service is pretty good. However, this is the second time ive ordered online where the meals I picked up were missing ingredients I selected. I checked the receipts and they list all of the things I ordered so I know I didnt forget to check an option. Its very frustrating as I dont realize the error until after Ive gone home. Its especially upsetting when I order extra meat and pay extra when I dont get the extra meat.

Went there on a Sunday, the line was long, and moved slowly. I only seen five employees working, which did not appear to be enough. The older looking guy cooking at the grill appeared to be doing most of the work, and trying to keep everything clean, and the food filled for customers. The portions were small, compared to other Chipotles I have been to, but everything tasted good (I had chicken). The dining area needed to be cleaned also.

I have been there multiple times the service is always wonderful. I mostly do online ordering then pick it up, which I love! They have always been timely with getting our orders, of they arent ready they make them right away, which helps with that VIP feeling status! ;) They messed up once and made a burrito instead of a bowl, they fixed it right away, like 30 seconds! I have no complaints about this place.

This Chipotle is DISGUSTING! Not only were the portions tiny, the steak tasted like fish and the staff was so unprofessional. There was a girl in line behind me talking to one of the workers, and the worker said oh let me change some of this old food out so you can get fresh food. Not what I want to hear when I am purchasing my food. Seriously the worst tasting Chipotle Ive ever been to.

The portions were tiny. I felt like I was eating a sour cream burritto, without any rice.. Almost surprised the burritto was there.. All the sodas were out and they really had no idea what was going on. It tuck about 5 minutes to wrap the burritos...The cashier seemed to have a hard time ringing our order....Mind you it was not busy.. Id be scared to go in here during a rush.....

Had a steak burrito it was really good, only complaint that I had was the steak was cold. Other then that they were very quick at making everyones food, the line was almost out the door when we got there, but it only took 7 minutes from entering to getting our food. Highly recommended if their meat was warmer.

Probably the worst chipotle Ive ever been to! Pepe and Raphael are the worst managers Ive ever seen! They dont know how to schedule! They dont know how to communicate with their employees! You can smoke pot and drink on the job and you can still have your job

terrible...they give you small portions of food here(which i noticed someone else had commented on the same thing) and had to wait for items to be cooked...i wont be going back to this location. steak tasted bad as well.

Great food and the only problem i have seen is they run out of chicken often.they cant keep it cooked fast enough. If they give me a small portion i ask for more and they give it with no nasty looks.

By far the best service I have ever received at a chain restaurant. Ivonne and Maria are a bad ass burrito slinging duo. They rocket burritos off the line like theyre nasa, without the explosions.

Slow as molasses... Been in line for 15 mins and the line isnt even that long. Only got a 30 min lunch break... Staff your better workers during lunch rush!!!!
