I have had varied experiences here. Sometimes great, but more so than not they: either forget an item overcharge you undercharge you (you want a medium but they give you a small instead and charge you for that small... but you REALLY wanted to be charged for a medium and get a medium!!) provide poor customer service forget condiments you asked for not fill up containers with as much as they are supposed to have (this happens a lot... and I used to work at Dairy Queen!!!... so I know!!!) And etcetera. Im a restaurant manager... so maybe I expect too much?.. but, its nothing that the owners probably wouldnt expect of their employees to provide us, their customers!!! :(

Our two burgers and fries were good but the kid who helped us seem to have no clue what was going on. He seemed lost when we asked for a strawberry banana Julius and both of them were made poorly and they took 10 minutes to make. Which is understandable if they were busy but we were the only ones in the restaraunt...Plus we ordered a small and a medium and he gave them to us in blizzard cups when every other DQ does them in drink cups. So they were both small as hell.

Always a mistake on the order and the dont order bacon on your burger, its enough to choke my son every time he chews on a piece of it, Id call it "rubbery" and it seems like the gals working there want to get rid of you ASAP. Very unflattering. Maybe a pre menu on the side of the building would be nice. There is only one menu and if the lines are piling up it would be a good idea to give people and idea of what to order before hitting the mic. Just a thought!

Dirty place, lazy employees. Walls have dried food all over them. Vents have cob webs and are dust filled. Windows and ice cream show cases are filthy. Nobody has throughly cleaned anything in this place for years very gross. Oh and they gave us burnt onion rings and cheese curds. This place is dirty and the employers have no customer service or care of how they present themselves or the restaurant.

Worst Dairy Queen Ive ever been to, worst business in fact. The manager, Kevin I believe his name is, is rude and condescending. They mess up the orders and refuse to fix or even provide the requested condiments. It is always dirty inside, not a place I would recommend eating.

Handled the free cone day very well. 5 buck lunch Sundae and fries good, side salad good, mushroom swiss burger 4 out of 5. Chicken strips are alright. Handled a busy rush very politly and professionally
