Odered a large cone dipped in chocolate.I asked the wait person to Weigh it. She agreed. At first she couldnt find the scale. after finding the scale she apparently weighed the cone however she had her back to me and I could not see the scale. she handed it to me saying that weighs 10 ounces. I then asked her to show me the scale as she weighed the cone. she put the cone on the scale and it read a little over 10 ounces however the scale had not been calibrated to 0 before she put it on the scale. she then stated to me she did not know how to operate the scale. she then ruined it by knocking it over onto the counter, implying it was my fault. when she went to make a new one I asked her to speak with the manager as I didnt trust that she could do it correctly. I explained the situation to the manager and she explained to me that they could not weigh every cone as it would take too long and that would simply make it too long for us to wait.( how much time does it take to set a cone on a scale and hand it to the customer?). The manager then made me a cone and she finally got it right, it weighed about 13 ounces.

Came in for two small blizzards and ended up waiting 34 minutes. During this marathon wait my daughter and myself were able to notice how disgusting their behind the counter was. Garbages overflowing, toppings area scattered with spilled toppings and employees using toppings off the counter to fill Drive through orders. We saw multiple people come in, wait and make the smart decision to go else where. Oh and forgot to mention we were only 3rd in line. And all before us were small orders as well. Definitely wont be returning to this location.

Came for ice-cream on a weekend afternoon. It was fairly busy, but still took over 20min for our 4 blizzards/cones...ridiculously long. Cashiers shirt was filthy dirty, and the kitchen/prep area had food all over the counters and ground. Very poor management and simple filling of orders in a clean manner. Will not be returning.

Came through drive-thru last night for a cone, and had the most happy, biggest smiling young man helping me at the window. I saw him name tag said Jacob. SUCH a friendly person. I wish all retail workers were as happy and friendly as him. Ill definitely go back - he made my night!

This location is in a very inconvenient location(can only get to via Westbound 55), the service time was quite long considering only a few other people were there, and I think I got the last of a batch of fries because I got like 20 fries and they were cold. Very displeased

We sat in the drive thru for about 45 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of us. Got our blizzards and there was nothing in them but vanilla ice cream and sprinkle of toppings. We even paid for extra for one of them.
