Terrible service. It took three people to take a three drink order. First person couldnt understand that the menu lists medium drinks as "Regular" size, so she cut me off and told me to order at the window. When I got there, she and a second person argued about who would take the order, while blaming me for ordering at the window as requested. The second person still couldnt get the order right, confusing their own regular size with regular root beer. After a few minutes of argument behind the window and 15 second pauses, a third person stepped in and took the order almost perfectly, but charged us for a fourth drink we didnt order and didnt receive. I noticed the error after my card was charged, and they couldnt figure out how to refund me, so I finally insisted they let me drive around and come in, since the car behind me had been waiting close to ten minutes at this point. After waiting in line inside, the manager gave me a refund without the tax I paid, and walked away. At that point, I gave up, having wasted 20 min at the restaurant. For the life of me, I dont understand how 6-7 people standing around behind the counter couldnt get 3 drinks right.

This is an A&W, Long John Silvers, combo store. I visited for the LJS food on 2 occasions; dining inside and using the drive through. (My review is based on other comparable chain, fast food stores.) I was impressed by the quick service and attentive staff behind the counter. Usually, fast food places are bare bones on service, and lack any real effort. Surprisingly, this place was well staffed on my visit, and they walked the dining room helping customers. I understand why it was so full that day. The food was made quick, served properly, and came out as expected. I odered the fish and chicken combo meal; greasy battered fish was exactly what I wanted for my "fish and chips" craving. Their restrooms were clean as was the dining area. Easy parking outside and a convenient location off a major road were a plus.

I love the draft root beer. The good is always cooked to order so its very hot and yummy. I always eat in not drive thru, which I think helps. It seems a little overpriced for fast food, but my kid will only eat shrimp so its a good compromise for my family. And did I mention the draft root beer!!

Other than the half dressed home girl in the drive-thru, with a broken down vehicle. Other than getting it towed away, hell shes going to fix it right in the drive thru, no less its parked right in front of the drive thru window.

If it want such a cold atmosphere in the dinning area. Is given 5 stars. Also find another place for employee break s not the dinning area looks bad for business. And take out the LJS, Run it without there killing your business.

if you have 45 minutes to wait for your food then this is the place for you I dont see how they take so long I just waited 45 minutes for my food and finally just left dont waste your time go somewhere else
