I was actually behind Reginald in the drive-thru and was also given the "do you want bones in your quesadilla?" bit. The kid also said I was "going to get the D tonight". Absolutley ridiculous. The guys in here are normally great, but the kid with mustache(barely visible buddy) should find a new line of work. I actually got the order in front of me because, as he posted, drove on through giving a well deserved gesture. My bag seemed way too heavy and I noticed this wasnt my order. I went inside and the same employee was saying I cant get you the correct order because you dont have your receipt. The other guys knew what happened and helped get my correct order. The guy with the long hair/beard and the younger black haired guy said to the guy(who shouldnt be employed) "Stop ____, youve been messing up all the orders." He just laughed. Fast forward 2 days and I noticed they charged me for both meals. My $8 order, and Reginalds $20 something order. I filed a complaint and havent heard back. I also havent received a refund. Not surprised. If this type of behavior is going on in the drive-thru who knows what types of things they are doing inside/to the food. Ill never go back to this store and have shared this experience with my 5000+ employee company. Overtly sexual gestures like this is how companies get themselves into lawsuits.

Went thru drive-thru with my family (wife and 3 kids ages 4, 3 & 2) on Sunday, July 30 at 9:20 p.m. The kid that took our order was mixing in sexual suggestive dialogue while taking our food order within earshot of my kids. You want my bone in that chicken burrito or boneless? he said a few times also Im gonna hook you up and give you my D with that tonight, diablo sauce. I played along with his act then drove to the window and made sure they had my order waiting before I hung my middle finger out where they all could see it and drove off without paying (almost a $30 order) and without our food. The staff looked like a bunch of 6th grade kids and they were playing on their phones and giggling amongst themselves. The black kid with the headset was startled when I gave them the bird and drove off. Damn worthless kids giving Taco Bell Chanhassen a bad name. Avoid this place, its a very dirty restaurant with ignorant employees and who knows what they do to your food. Very immature staff.

I wish I was able to do no stars.... I went to this location at 1250am on the June 26th. Proceed to wait in the drive thru with no sort of acknowledgement. Drove up to the drive through window at 1255am saw one of the employees by the window. I knocked on the window to get his attention. He looked around and saw me then shrugged his shoulders and walked away I sat next to the window in till 1 am with no service. When your hours are posted open till 1 am you should honor it!!!! Will not be going back to this location ever again......

I have always thought that this Taco Bell has employed the friendlies staff of any fast food restaurant I have ever been to. Although I am trying to cut down on fast food in general, I always make the drive from Excelsior if I am in need of a fast food fix. They have never got my order wrong going through the drive through, and as I said, the staff has always stood out for me above the competition, regardless of staff changes over the years.

12:50 3 cars in the line at taco bell but nobody wouild talk to us, we went to the window 2 people clearly looked at us and ignored us, dont say ypur drive through is open until 1 if its not, my freind was having low blood sugar (shes diabetic) and taco bell was our last hope for food in this area. If taco bell doesnt fix this situation i will be contacting cooperate.

I would give the Chanhassen store location 0 stars if it were possible. I arrived 10 minutes before closing Sunday night. The employees were outside smoking and they informed me that they "ran out of everything". I will never go to this location again and do not recommend it to anyone.

This is my go-to Taco Bell location. The people who work there are always great no matter what time of day, and the food is better here than any other Taco Bell Ive been to. If I want Taco Bell, Ill go out of my way to get to this one.

Went there earlier tonight before closing, ordered, when I got home to eat out of the 3 items I ordered only ended up with 1 item. Not the 1st time they messed up my order, bad customer services, has always been every time I go here.

Great service and always great value. Fed our little family of four for $10. After we were finished and about to leave and the manager brought us 4 bags of cinnamon twists on the house! Overall it was awesome. Great stuff.

I come here every weekend and love the Bajha Blast Freeze, Shredded chicken burrito, and the cheesarito (chilli cheese burrito, no chilli, add pizza sauce). Amazing customer service and my absolute favorite restaurant!

I get breakfast here a couple days a month. Usually this location is great, however lately the breakfast meals have been sloppily made. My breakfast burrito was all tortilla, there was only a drop of egg in it.

Im guessing they were short staffed during my visit because the same employee that took my order also wrapped up my tacos. It was slower than other Taco Bell locations, probably because of the staffing.

Morning staff is super friendly. I swing by several times a week at 9:00am and they always have the lunch menu ready to make my food. Mt. Dew Kick-start is the best thing on tap here.
