An avg Taco Bell just straight forward. It usually goes along the lines like this: I come in the drive thru late and I hear the manager "HOW ARE YOUUUU MY FRIEEEND" "Good wassup" "How can I halp you?" "Whats the difference between number 2 and 14?" "EEEHHHH?" *talks to other customer* thank youuu, Youuu "Ok I halp you now papi" "Is 2 and 14 similar?" "No es completely different" "Gimme the 2" "$6 my frieeend" *pulls up* "no dominos tonight papi?" "Nah vato came for the t bell" "Ok here you go my freeend, thank youu, youuu!!" Update- I got shredded chicken and it said nothing on the #2 about that.. it gives u options and I ordered chicken, never said shredded. So I decide to call in.. "Yea I ordered the #2 and u guys got me the wrong chicken" "OOoooOOOooo, sorry guy come in again" "Should I come now?" "Come in tomorrow after 5, me remember youuu!" "But.." (was about to tell him Im not far away) "Es ok my freend have a good life, never worry" "Ok.. ill"-- see you tomorrow!!"

I went to this Taco Bell yesterday at 3 with my mother. We ordered 2 soft shell tacos and a small coffee with cream. We were the only people there so our order was made quickly but there was no cream in my moms coffee so she asked them to add more. They acted like this was a outrageous request. They rolled their eyes then, took the coffee. It took them 5 minutes to put more cream in my moms coffee and the entire time we could hear them laughing. They came back and didnt even put cream in the coffee, they gave us a cup of "cream" to add in ourselves. The "cream" was the sauce for their cinnamon melts. My mom is diabetic and cant have that much sugar.

My boyfriend and I always have exception service when we come to this location.we want to specifically awknowledge Carlos. Carlos provides the best customer service and his contagious personality resonates with us with every visit weve had there. He alway asks "How are you doing, my friend?" and that small gesture gives us such a welcoming feeling. He shows us that he really cares about our experience and the well being of people in general. You have a great employee on your hands and he most definitely does not go unnoticed. He exemplifies how a hard working character can speak volumes.

There are few places where I get treated like the belle of the ball but every time I go here for those late night cravings, Im spoiled. The manager is super friendly and always hooks me up with some desert like freebie at the drive through. I cant say Ive interacted with many of the other staff, but Im sure theyre just as friendly. Love this place. Im surprised they havent remodeled the interior yet though, considering theyve been there for so many years but Im sure everyone my age loves the nostalgia of dinning here since it brings up old high school memories.

Hit or miss at this location, been visiting it for over 8 years. At first order mixups were so common it almost was guaranteed (it was how I found out I liked chalupas, so free sample?). Then it was mix ups of the actual food. Lately its cleanliness, food is mixed together (I get beef in my chicken chalupa) and when we went in last time we sat at /litterally/ the only clean table in the entire restaurant. Garbage cans were all overflowing onto the ground. And if you try to eat outside? Better hope youre a smoker, since their employees will sit upwind of you.

Ordering food at this location seems fine. There are many people working there, & not just teenagers from WHS. The Steakhouse burrito is good but seems a tad overpriced. Dirty "cafeteria" area. Nice manager. "Jealous" vibe. I love the chalupas. Everybody is polite & helpful. Ordered a steak burrito today & the cashier gave me a beef burrito instead

Carlos - the onsite manager is an extremely customer oriented person. They got the order wrong and he profusely apologised and threw in a couple of bags of churros - just to please the customer. We have found the food fresh especially the chalupas. Kudos to Carlos and his team - keep up the good work

Found a finger nail in my burrito. I almost threw up! Got the runaround when I chatted with manager and owner of this Taco Bell. This was about 2 years ago. Dirtiest Taco Bell around! Do Not Go! EWWWWWWWW! I have since eaten at other Taco Bells, can NEVER go to this pig sty again!

i eat here alot, dont bring your weed here though, one time there was an under cover cop and he asked if i had weed (not knowing he was an undercover cop at the time) i said no and he went out side and put 2 thumbs down. and i was like damn. what if i said yes, that would blow.

Cashier didnt hand me my receipt. Dirty floors and tables, extremely slow service for a fast food restaurant (I waited 20 minutes for 6 items), only 5 employees working at lunch rush so Im guessing they were understaffed. This was my first time and I wont be coming back.

They seem to get your order mixed up nearly every single time, even when you tell them face to face. They dont even know their own menu...management needs improvement. Their drive thru audio is pretty impossible to understand. However their food does taste good.

Ive never had bad food or bad service here. Exactly the opposite. I gave 3 stars because they are very slow and nobody working there has any sense of urgency. If you dont mind waiting more than usual for cheap eats this TB is just for you.

Not Happy!!! I went today to have lunch, but to my surprise I was never served, never offered assistance and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE UNLESS! Maybe because I was the only Black person in the establishment...I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

Ate food from this location at around 630 last night. Went to bed around 10. Woke up around 3 in the morning projectile vomiting. Have never had bad service but after this one experience Ill never be back.
