Worst of the bunch. Dont rotate the food properly. They just pile the new stuff on top of the old, especially the Sesame Chicken (only decent dish). Egg rolls are overcooked. Ran out of crab rangoon, once. How do you do that? Gotta a pushy little mex front man, who seems like a manager. Mainly concerned with getting you outta there. Often puts rice in the bowl, so it gets cold, while he waits for the rest. Argues with you when you want something fresh. Today they had a new front server girl. Dont think she knew how to do anything. Just let the cooks do the serving. They dont handle money, so what does it matter? This was somewhat tolerable(LOL!), but lately the food is starting to taste bad, crunchy chewy spots. Like its sitting too long and getting dried out hard spots. Theres a reason, even on $5 Sunday, youre usually the first in line. Go to Ridgedale.

Wow, only a bunch of 1 star ratings!!! I thought....it cant be that bad.....give em a try. I was wrong!!! You guys really have to try to make food this bad!!! Bought my food at 5pm....yes early for dinner time rush but I had a meeting....food was cold, dried out, and flavorless!!! Never again!! I usually love big bowl....but not this location!!!

Big fan of big bowl. BUT this one is terrible. Ordered the usual chicken penang curry and got a yellow curry with green beans? Completely different meal. All the way home now so stuck with it. Wasnt very good neither was my wifes noodles. Also had to drive around forever on account theres no sign on the outside?

Quantity was so little today. I ate here few times and quantities are never equal. Today it was horrible. I bought a kung pao chicken and i might have to eat a snickers to fill my self. I wont go back to this big bowl again.

Wow, these ratings are really skewed! This is an Express, not a full restaurant! Food quality is very good, the portions are generous. Ive ate here countless times.
