ordered for pick up. gave my phone number and was told it would be 45-60 min. In 30 min. I got a phone call saying "your food is here". I drove there quickly to get it.....it was on a delivery van at an address that was not mine...I had given no address They said theyd fix me a new order. Of course, I knew what they would do is heat up the order that had already been on the van for that delivery. Brought it home. Absolutely the worst excuse for Chinese food I have ever eaten. NO flavor. Egg foo Yung was puffed up patties of egg only with no bean sprouts or any filler at all and so overbrowned that all we could taste was that burned brown flavor. It was covered with a bunch of vegetables that , in my experience, belonged chopped up and mixed into the egg mixture, not laid on top. The chicken chow mein was in a clear liquid with an enormous amount of wilted shredded lettuce. Yes, I said lettuce. The chow mein noodles are not the long thin crisp noodles , but obviously some cheap variation that is very pale and shaped in squares.The wonton soup.....again, no flavor, and the wontons were gummy and rubbery. I threw it all away. $17.00 worth. Will never happen to me again nor to anyone I can get to stand still long enough to listen to me tell about it. Had been wanting to try that place for so long. Now I know what I was missing....absolutely NOTHING. In addition, when I came in to pick up my order, they had no idea that I wasnt just a sit-down, dine-in customer(remember? My order was on a delivery truck.) and THREE employees sat within 6 of me and were either on phone or talking to each other about one thing or another.....paid no attention to my presence at all. There was only one dine-in customer in the place at the time and one of the employees suddenly remembered that person was there and ran for the kitchen to get his food.....probably cold. I could see the frustration in the customers face and can imagine how much more disheartened he was when he tasted the food. All around bad experience.

If I could leave zero Stars I would. We ordered food at 6:05pm and it got there at 6:50 which isnt a bad time at all if my food were right. The food that was delivered was incorrect and I called right away at 6:53 pm to tell them that. They offered to send out the correct food and said they could have it there shortly. At 8:23 p.m. I called them because still no food had arrived. They told me it would be here any minute. I called them back at 9pm because still no food. The guy told me that had never even been sent out again because they were too busy and that he could offer me a free lunch some other time. I requested a refund instead and he said he could offer me 50% off our next order and once again I just requested a refund because at this point it had been 3 hours since I ordered food and two hours since my original call about the wrong order. They were very rude on the phone and told me they didnt offer any refunds and if I didnt like it to call my bank. They told me I got food and I should still be happy with it even if it was the wrong food and thats why they werent going to give me a refund. I will never order from here again after this. Also calling my bank to tell them about this. They offered to send it again at 9 p.m. and I told them I would rather not because Im tired and my kids are already in bed at this point and I just want to refund and then they told me no refund and they wouldnt send it. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!

Flavorless, Pictures on menu not the actual food they serve! I was going to order chicken nuggest with broccoli as a pictured on the menu for a child and the waiter said the pictures dont actually represent the food. The chicken nuggest are not served with anything and they arent actually chicken nuggets they are drumsticks. Surprised to find it virtually empty when we went in around lunch time but I know delivery is their strong point. Went in today and ordered Chow Mein (crunchy noodles). The server brought out angel hair pasta with pork and some flavorless sauce that was heavily thickened with corn starch (really it looked like snot!). I said I didnt order Low Mein and he said that this was the chow mein....they put low mein over a few won ton strips! And the strips where stale!! Wasnt even going to fight over this rediculous meal. Paid $6 and left without touching it. I did try a bite of someone elses food at our table at their suggestion and it was the same flavorless suace, heavily thickened but brown to go with beef. Ive made better chinese food at home! This was our first and last time dining with them!

Extremely horrible customer service! I have ordered delivery here almost on a weekly basis and have never had anything tatse horrible but I ordered the Chicken Lo Mein for lunch. The noddles had no flavoring, were so greasy they were dripping oil. I called to make a complaint and get a replacement order. I was told that they werent going to be able to send another driver to me so I asked for them to comp me another meal on a later date. They aplogized and said that would be no problem. I then call today and tried to order my complimentary meal and the woman taking oders says "no, we never do that" I explained to her the situation and then all of a sudden she acted as if she no longer spoke English. I was told to call back later and then was hung up on. I work at a hotel and frequently hand out their menus but I will no longer do that. They are rude and dont want to accept responsibility when a situation needs rectification.

I want to take this lone star back but its worth it to voice my visit Im like one of the other dissatisfied customers saying they acted like we were bothering their lives we sat down and the rude ugly women practicly kicked chair backwards rolled her eyes and stomped over with a couple dirty menus when she went away i said to my son wow we should just leave then decided to try anyway and what a mistake that was food was horrible and disgusting we did get maybe half of it down and we both agreed never to return i swear the experience lasted into next day it was that depressing i dont know what state food and health inspectors do but they do need to do better cause Ive heard many complaints all around this city for many disgusting restaurants so try to choose your dining out experience wisely good luck

Went here tonight after 2 months of being away due to bad service before with different management. To our surprise, a old worker, Andrew, was back working there! We were so happy & surprised! His service is above excellent! He always makes us feel welcome & treats everyone nicely. We were so happy to see him back! Hopefully Dragon House will get back to the standard it used to have before this last year hit. Food is good & this place has the BEST crab ragoons!! Food is decently priced for the portions you get and the wait time for food is slim. We will be returning as long as Andrew is there!
