I placed an order online at 6:50PM and waited for over 20 minutes to get my sandwich. After around 10 minutes of waiting I was informed by one of the employees that they did not see my order and that they would make it right away. I then waited another 10-15 minutes to get my sandwich, which was made wrong--it only had my buffalo chicken and none of the ingredients I ordered on it. I am a bit frustrated because I am on a time limit and that is why I ordered online, and I ended up being late to the event I was supposed to be at AND my sandwich was wrong. This is not the first time this happened. This has happened twice before and one time they gave me the completely wrong sandwich, but by the time I noticed, I was already at my event. I do not recommend this Which Wich to anyone.

Place is awesome! It was about 11:30 on Friday the 22nd of September. I say that because I dont know the name of the cashier who was working at that time. There was a little rush and an incident with an irritated customer. I did not get to see what happened but the cashier at that time handled it respectably and I was just very impresssed with the way this employee handled the situation. Customer was pretty rude too. 5 stars for which wich and 5 stars for the awesome employee who was dealing with a ridiculous customer!

This place is great! Just ordered and the food was ready in timely manner. The sandwich was just what I had ordered. The staff is very helpful and attentive to whats going on. They are keeping the tables clean as people leave. And if someone is standing they ask if they need anything. I was paying attention to the way the employees were working and they were always staying busy. Great service! Great food! Will definitely be going back.

Man o Man! I have to tell you the sandwhichs here are awwweeeesome! I just had the black bean patty 7" with peperjack, spicy mayo, jalepenos, hot pepper mix, olive mix, humus, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, oregano, pepper, on white! Such an amazing sandwich! And the staff there are very friendly, they greet you as you come in and thank you with a smile. Thank you Which Wich!

We made our second visit here today for a quick lunch. I like to try new things so I had the Buffalo chicken and was impressed. I love the way you order here by filling out paper bags with what you want on your sammy. Keeps it easy and gives you the no pressure time to create a masterpiece. Everyone else enjoyed their selection as well. Thanks for crafting some good eats!

Which Wich used to be my favourite sandwich chain, but with menu simplifications and the removal of the R&D bag, most of my favourite sandwiches here no longer exist. You can ask them to make the old style sandwiches and usually theyll be more than happy to do it, but that defeats the purpose of never needing to actually talk to any staff, which is kind of their shtick.

Great subs and shakes! I generally always get a welcome when I go in and thanks for coming when walking out the door, thats appreciated and speaks well that they go above and beyond the normal. They recently changed their menu and sad to see the breakfast choice go away. I also like the wall art of peoples decorated bags, pretty cool idea.

First visit at Which Wich. It was a little overwhelming at first I like the idea that I could write downy selection. Cashier was very helping catching any oversight you may have made. Good selection. Would definitely return. Another plus, Coke products.

There food is delicious. They have 3 vegetarian options, and of those 2 are vegan. The Avocado is the best sandwich ever! They are almost always busy, so plan a 5-10 minute wait, but they go as fast as humanly possible.

Extremely over priced for nothing more then your rin of the mill generic sub. Bread was hard and crusty and tasteless. Meat was like any messy from the grocery store. Not worth the money to eat there at all.
