I cant explain how much me and my family enjoyed our time here. right after we ate dinner and was about to take off my car wouldnt start at all. I didnt know what to do and i felt sad since there wasnt other option but for the car to be towed. The two managers and other person that worked there noticed that we were having difficulty with our car came and they came out to help us without any hesitation. They used their own jumper cables to jump start the car and it did. i cant thank enough these people for the kindness they have showed us. My family and i would absolutely go there again.

First time in a Chik Fil A....honestly the food was OK. It wasnt bad by any measure. It came out quickly and hot, but nothing really separated it from other fast food places. That being said the service was light years above what youd expect. Everyone had a smile on their face, they were polite, and seemed to really care. The level of upbeat happiness in the place threw me off actually. Id happily return for that alone, plus the place was spotless, always nice to eat in a clean place.

I do not agree with the hype that I have heard. Food was OK, at best. Had a number 2, sandwich looked like mcds. small, not much flavor. Good service for how busy they were. It is a lot better then mcds, but for chicken I will stick with raising canes that is just up the street. My lemonade came 3/4 full of ice, not much to drink. That is the reason I rated the service as good, instead of excellent

Having lived in South Carolina for 10yrs where theres a chick fil a on every block and I frequented most of them daily, I can say with experience that this location not only showcases the values of what chick fill a stands for, the quality of the food, and care of the staff makes it no surprise that this place has become an attractive & addictive "go to" location within the community.

I have always loved CFA since I first discovered in the South. Their food is delicious, theres not one item I dislike from their menu. I love this particular location because the owner supports and gives a lot for the local community. When something goes wrong (because nothing is perfect) they will go above and beyond to make it right if you bring it to their attention.

Amazing fried chicken with amazing service is what people told me about this restaurant. In reality, it was fried chicken getting served out a window. The food was hot, served fast, and delicious, but did not live up to the hype. Its nice for a fast food joint to sell waffle fries though, so I give them that! I would recommend to try for sure.

Candi helped me in the morning rush where they seemed understaffed because all i saw was her....but she was amazing! Working the drive thru and the walk up customers at the counter. She was cool, calm, and collected, all with a pleasant disposition and provide great service. The food was served at the companys standards and was picture perfect.

Chick-fil-A is notoriously one of the best chain restuarants in customer service, but our recent weekday visit to this location was very disapointing. The location was undergoing some paint/wall renovation, and simultaneously, the staff seemed slow and distracted. Very different from the high level of service weve come to expect.

First of all I am a huge fan of the service and food. However, why cant they brew more than one container of coffee at a time? Always having to wait when I order two large coffees. This isnt a certain time or one time thing. Come on purchase another container and keep up with the demand. Otherwise great service and food.

We had a great experience at this restaurant. We went in the evening about 30 minutes before closing. Usually at this time restaurants start closing down however at this one everyone was very pleasant and happy to serve us. The restaurant was clean and well stocked and most important the food was hot and fresh.

This brand consistently delivers, its great tasting sandwiches. Plain and simple. And the service is always so polite. They just introduced a new "family coop" program, where they challenge you to put your cell phone away for the entire meal and youre rewarded with a free ice cream at the end.

Uses peanut oil to fry all of their products and they dont properly label it on the menu/drive thru. I discovered it by reading the small gray 12pt text at the bottom of the greasy brown bag. It is a serious issue, especially since not all peanut oil batches are hypoallergenic.

Im from Atlanta where Chick fil A was founded and have been to the first original mall location. The Apple Valley location is as good or better. I have a love hate relationship with them as the executives are pretentious and rude and their views are outdated.

I love Chick-fil-A!!!! They serve nutritious chicken sandwiches and salads that are light in the calories department, but taste great! They are a staple part of my diet where Ive lost 22 lbs in 9 weeks. The Spicy Chicken Duluxe is my favorite sandwich.

I find it fun to "eat moor chikn" because this fast food restaurant has sit-down quality food. The atmosphere is nice, and the bathrooms are clean. Id highly recommend giving Chick-Fil-A a try. Just dont go on a Sunday because they are closed on Sundays.

great food for the price along with always friendly service. The only reason I didnt rate 5 stars, is because going through the drive-thru, the bag is always full and left open and i have to drive home and by that time its a bit cooled off... not cool.

ordered chicken club meal for myself and small strips and small fries for my brother. Got and paid for medium fries and my sandwich was cold. For 8.79 the LEAST they could do is serve it up hot.......will not go back unless they buy next time.

Aside from good food its the community interaction that keeps us coming back. They also are hands down consistently the cleanest fast food place weve ever been to so when looking to take the kids somewhere its always on the top of the list.

Awesome food, awesome service, period. Do not listen to anyone about problems during the first month of opening. Everyone has them. You wont find any other fast food place where you are treated as well as here, they dont exist.

I like Chick-fil-A. The employees are always gracious and helpful. The food is quick but has a better than fast food taste. The meals dont seem like they came from under a heat lamp sitting there waiting on you to order it.

Pretty good food. They use real chicken breasts in the sandwiches which is great but also has a negative that its sometimes stringy (as real chicken can be). Thats not really the best texture for an otherwise good sandwich.

This is a great Chick-fil-A. It is consistent with the quality and taste of their food. The staff are fast and very friendly! Just like other Chick-fil-As, whenever you say"thank you" they will respond with "my pleasure".
