Very poor experience. We had a couple of coupons; one specified that it was for the maplewood and white bear locations and the other was a "diary queen dollar" without locations listed. Neither were expired. We just bought a house a couple of blocks down the road so we have been receiving a bunch of local coupons and we assumed theyd be valid at the diary queen less than 1 mile away. My girlfriend and I got in line separately, so we could each use a coupon. The cashier said he could not accept either of the coupons and said he has no idea where those came from. We ordered three different blizzards total. When my girlfriend ordered a pecan turtle blizzard, we overheard a woman telling the cashier to let us know they were out of something. He did not say anything to us so we just thought we misheard, but when she got the blizzard, there was no caramel in it and was only about 2/3 full, while others seemed to be heaping. The other blizzards they gave us were two of the same thing, but were actually supposed to be two different flavors we ordered (we were picking up for a friend). We then had to wait longer for the right one, which came out melty when handed to us. So, even though we just moved in to a house within walking distance, well drive further to go elsewhere next time.
