All the food was extremely salty, including the biscuits and the croutons in the salad. My Alfredo sauce was not an Alfredo sauce, didnt have good flavor, was lumpy and tasted much more fishy than expected even knowing there was crab. The sauce tasted like flour and I couldnt even eat it. My server did not ask me about my meal, or even ask why I didnt eat it or why i didnt want to take it home. It was very disappointing. My Wifes dish looked terrible when it came out and wasnt hot. the best part of the night was leaving the resturant. Nothing about my visit for dinner met expectations or would suggest any reason to visit Red Lobster again. Things to improve: Had the server greet the table earlier, tell us about the specials, take our order at the appropriate time, put less salt on all the food, put more flavor in any of the food, pay more attention to if your guests are enjoying their food, dont clear food that was still being worked on, ask if I would like another drink, refill my water even when I ask for it and still was ignored, and lower the prices if that is the kind of service and food I am going to receive. I basically feel like I was robbed $70 for food that I couldnt eat because of how bad it was.

The staff is well trained. The managers are eager to please. The seafood, especially the fresh fish, are phenomenal. The prices are a bit high, but thats seafood 1,000 miles inland from the ocean for you. Guests who do not communicate any issues are equally if not more at fault for not expressing their displeasure before they leave, thus eliminating any opportunity for Red Lobster to resolve the issue. Waitstaff and managers are not mind-readers, nor are they obligated to try to decode passive-aggressive cues. Understand what you are ordering, too. For example, a rock lobster tail has a firm, meaty texture by nature, not as a result of bad cooking. If youre expecting the sweet, buttery softness of a Maine lobster tail, you will be disappointed. Ask questions and practice assertiveness.

To start out called and asked if they had a lobster pasta. Julie could not answer, put me on hold for six minutes. Got her manager (six minutes later) then took my order for pick up. I ordered the lobster pasta, came to pick it up. Noticed that my salad was not in the bag. Went back to get the salad, Kayla informed me she was not the one who took my order and was unapologetic. Proceeded to get my food home. The toast seemed to be old (could not even bite into it) pasta was dry, I had them sub for alfredo sauce and it seemed that there was no sauce on it. I was charged $25.00 for what looked like a kids menu portion, not to mention the inedible salad. I should have stayed home and had better meal. Wasnt worth the 40 minute round trip drive.

I love Red Lobster and my girlfriend Sandy also loved Red Lobster. It became a tradition to go to Red Lobster in Maple Grove every year on her birthday. My girlfriend Sandy passed this March. To keep the tradition alive, yesterday I went to Red Lobster in Maple Grove on her Birthday. Not only was the food delicious and the service was excellent, but some of the staff sang Happy Birthday with me. That was awesome (even if I started to cry). But wait, after dessert my waitress said - dont worry about the bill it is on us. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated the the heartfelt and generosity of the employees at Red Lobster Maple Grove. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING SANDYS BIRTHDAY!!!

Me and my girlfriend went there for Veterans Day special and the service was lousy as well as the food was disgusting we ordered the crab legs to share and when they came out they were over cooked mushy with water pouring out of the legs as well as they had no flavor and by the time they got to the table and we started eating they were already cold. Also our waitress couldnt even get our drink order correct and when she brought our drinks the beer was flat and skunky like it had been sitting in the tap for months I used to love going to red lobster but it has gone down hill and I will probably never go back to red lobster again because the food and service was so poor

Server was nice but very unskilled. He forgot to put my familys order in and didnt figure it out for over a half an hour after we put it in. Also took 20 min just to put it in. So almost an hour later our kids were totally freaking out. I brought my mother out for her 62 birthday for lobster and ended up giving her biscuits and Coke. Meal was comped but I had to get it to go and take it home to get the kids fed and off to bed. Mom ate much later and ate it cold. Bummer of a birthday dinner.

To start off had to wait 15 minutes to be seated when there were only five other families in the restaurant. Then it was ok till the food came when everyone got food except for one of the kids and nobody was even around to ask, 9 minutes later it was dropped at the table no apology and the food was sub par with burnt red potatoes and salmon another plate had burnt coconut shrimp. Then the kicker comes when it took 28 minutes to pay bill after leftovers were boxed by the manager.

Seems like the other reviewers dont think as highly, but from my few times Ive gone I have no complains. I took my girlfriend out here for her birthday and it went perfectly. I had the tilapia and my girlfriend had the shrimp fettuccine and both were delicious. For dessert we had a slice of their chocolate cake with ice cream and it was probably the best cake Ive ever had. Warm cake with the cold ice cream was a great combo. So from the experience it gets a thumbs up from me.

We went there the other day just my boyfriend and I and we had the best service we have ever had there. I have never had a bad expience at this resteraunt. We got to learn about lobster from the manager and our waitress even put something we were sharing on two seperate plates with even quanties, which we have never had a waitress do before. We werent bothered but we werent ignored either,it was very nice.

Went for lobsterfest at 4pm on a saturday. I ordered the Dueling lobster tails and had to use a steak knife to eat my lobster. On top of that, the server kept forgetting things then tried shuffling us out as soon as it started getting busy. Seriously the worst meal Ive had in a long time. $35 for terrible service and overcooked lobster. I guess thats what you get from the Applebees of seafood.

I was very much disappointed with the host. I will never go back to this Red Lobster. A table around the bar was empty. I asked for it. The host said it was occupied. Then some one said there was no server available. Then I saw the bartender serving the tables around the bar. I want my money back. This restaurant is not service friendly.
