You would think that ordering online would save you time and hassle right? WRONG. Not from this location at least. This is the 4th time I have ordered online and gone to pick up my food and it hasnt been made. I clearly stated what time I wanted it picked up by and each time I have arrived to pick up my food they are serving everyone else and I have to wait for my food to be made. My second time out of the 4 times Ive ordered online they didnt even receive my order! I thought the purpose of online ordering was to be convenient and fast. I am normally a patient person but when this continues to happen over and over again it can be a bit frustrating, especially if I am spending my small amount of break time to sit and wait for something that should have been taken care of the second they received my order. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS PLACE, THEY WILL SKIP IT AND TAKE CARE OF EVERYONE ELSE FIRST.

If it would allow me to post 0 stars I would. I went in with my wife at 9:15 pm and they had closed down the kitchen, saying they where closing soon when they closed at 10 pm. They had wanted to just get out of the restaurant quickly so they had taken short cuts to make sure of that. While the grill was closed they had run out of steak and chicken stating they couldnt make anymore even though they didnt close for another 45 minutes. They could have easily made more product but refused to, this is false advertisement as they where closing near 45 minutes early. I would never recommend this poor establishment to anyone, as they seemed to not care whatsoever that we been waiting a solid 15 minutes and never received service. If you want good service and good go to the noodles and company next door they actually do there job.

I love this chipotle almost every time I come in. Today was a little different however. My boyfriend and I were in at 1:30ish and the service would have been top notch if one worker on the line didnt have a rude attitude and disposition. I was very disappointed because I try to be kind as possible. When my boyfriend and I would politely ask for something extra we got very little..... I personally at one point asked for a side of cheese due to the attitude of the worker.... My boyfriend almost asked for another tortilla since his burrito was poorly wrapped but he thought that the worker would have chucked the food at him. Ill still come to this location because everyone else is amazing. I just hope the one worker either has a change in demeanor or isnt there when I come in.

Both my daughter got burritos 11/17/16. I felt very naucious and went to bed and fell asleep 4 hours before my usual bedtime. My daughter later told me that she took half her burrito to school and fell asleep during 6 hour. I ate the last half of the burrito on Friday the 18th for lunch and immediately felt naucious and layed down for 7 hours, just snoozing and listening to the tv. After that I felt better. That same night, my daughter said that she threw up after eating the rest of her burrito. I LOVE Chipotle but there are obvious laps of hygiene and or sanitary procedures at THIS location. I tried calling them today but no one answers the phone. Be careful, you could be the one getting sick next or your children. Zero stars for 7611 Lyndale Ave S, CHIPOTLE.

Serving leftovers? Just like multiple reviews on here said - I was there at 9:10pm and store doesnt close until 10:00. First item I choose to go on my burrito, they tell me NO! I cant have white rice they ONLY have brown. And the chicken was almost gone so I watched them give the guy in front of me less than the normal portion. So I specifically asked if there was enough left to make one for me. Guy says yes, but I was definitely given less meat than normal. Cashier took me no they would not be making any more rice for the rest of the evening. If youre going to serve me scraps and leftovers, then I should be charged accordingly.! Customers go there to order what they CHOOSE, not have someone dig around to see whats left. No more evening visits for me.

Absolutely horrible. My friend and i have had problems 4 times in a row with them screwing up our order or my daughters. This last time we went in on July 2, 2017, we got sick from their food and we went back to get our money back since they also screwed up our order. They hardly put any ingredients on our bowls. When my friend went in to get the money back, the manager (the Hispanic manager) called her a B****. Completely uncalled for! Then he laughed with another guy like a little school girl. If the manager is treating customers this way, think how hes treating everyone else. Never going back again!

I was here on 2/3/17 at 8:30pm. They were out of guac, had bunch of online orders, and the line was starting to backup(most likely from being understaffed). The reason for the 5 stars, is for the girl behind the counter on the midway station (there were only 3 people behind the counter) who was so apologetic and working furiously to make sure everyone was moved through the line quickly. Very well done. If she isnt in management already, she should be. Unlike some of the other staff, she showed that she cared about the customer.

I recently visited this Chipotle location and was very disappointed with the service. Not only were the staff rude and felt like they were hardly paying attention to their customer, they were out of half the ingredients! I came to Chipotle wanting crunchy tacos and chips and they were out of BOTH. So I had to get a bowl (which is fine) but then had to go to the grocery store later just for chips. Basically if you want good food and good service go to literally any other Chipotle in this entire metro area.

This Chipotle has the friendliest Chipotle staff in the Twin Cities. They give you generous portion sizes. Very efficient and skilled at burning through a line of 30 hungry people at peak times. Two things to keep in mind: parking will require extra time around lunchtime, and the line is slightly longer at lunchtime, though they never seem to have an issue keeping a good pace. Also highly recommended: Chiptopia, the new summer loyalty program, which is essentially every 5th entrée is free. Ask for a card!

I love Chipotle, but this location is awful. When ordering a burrito bowl ahead of time, they add all of the sauces to it rather on the side. When I pulled my food out of the bag ten minutes after picking it up, the sauces had seeped through all over. Additionally, my guac for my chips had guac all over it, like they picked up the container and dipped the whole thing in the guac. Lines can be really long here too so order ahead, just get it without sauces (or specify you want them on the side).

I work in the area and enjoy stopping for a late dinner at least once per week. I know this may sound petty but Id say 4 out of the last 6 times Ive come in at 9:00 pm they are sold out of chips! This is very frustrating. seriously? You have enough sales data to know when your busy times are and frankly I think its laziness and poor planning by your manager to not make enough food for your customers. Seriously Im going to start going to different location on my way home. Make more chips!
