My work group placed an order for five people on a Friday at 11:15. We were told it would be delivered in 30-40 minutes. After an hour we called and were told it would be delivered shortly. 30 minutes later for a total time of 1 hour 30 minutes our order arrived. When I called Friday at about 3:30 the young lady answering the phone indicated a manager was not available. She ask about why I was calling and her response was "we had 66 orders" and "that estimated delivery times are estimates." Then mentioned if I wanted a refund, she guessed that she could take my number. What I was actually looking for was a simple apology and something to the effect of "We were take by surprise by the large volume or orders and are making changes to prevent it from happening in the future." So I hung up and tried to speak to a manager again Saturday at about 1:30. Again the person (this time a young sounding male) would not let me speak with a manager. When I explained the situation, my conversation the previous day, and asked if this was their standard for customer service. He after a number of "ums" stated that they "dont like it when orders take that long." Again no apology. This is my first EVER negative review. I am doing it because I dont believe that management can address an issue if they never hear about the issue in the first place.

Toco salad If you like your food delivered in a slop bucket order this delightful dish. Becareful to get everyones order before you call...if you call back and make a diffrent order they will charge to for that order you call before. This was a disgrace to mexican food...I can get better food from lake street on the food trucks just wish they delivered. The best food when drunk and high weekend you dont care what your eating as long as your eating. Hell liquor and weed make everything taste better. Save your money!!! This will be a waste. I spent 50 bucks on crap for out of town guest and the was mortified at the presentation of the food that was sent. No meat, No cheese...lots of rice...little amount of beans. Save your money!!!! Go to a real mexican spot or...shhhhh go to chipotle would have spent no more the $ 26- $28 bucks and would have taste better. The place need to respect its customers and give quality service and food.

Burrito Loco is great, but Ill be honest, you usually go for the drink specials. They always seem to have 2-for-1s on rail drinks at any time after 2 in the afternoon. They also have $3 domestic pitchers and $5 margaritas (avoid the margaritas, very weak with way too much mix) for happy hour from like 2-8. Burrito Loco is not necessarily a food destination, but more a good place to spend your Friday night that also has decent enough food to feed you when you get the munchies. Chipotle definitely has better burritos, but these burritos are probably on par with Qdoba, although the buffalo and bbq options here make things interesting. Besides, even if you wanted Qdoba or Chipotle on a Friday night, they all close by 10, so they are out of the question. However Burrito Loco serves burritos and quesadillas until like 2am.

Ordered a Bloodie Molly. Instead of the bartender asking politely what it was (instead of a usual bloody mary) he said " Ive never heard of that" with a cocky bartender look on his face. When I got the Bloody Moly it was just wiskey and tomato juice. WHAT THE HELL? I shouldve just refused it because that is not a bloodie. No celery salt, no olives, no cheese, NOTHING! When i asked about those things he said the coolers where out. ??? You run a burrito restaurant!, your damn cooler didnt go out....and even if they did, you mean to tell me you dont have any ****ing olives????!? What a typical horrible college bar

The food as always is good but on par with qdoba, chipotle etc. I have on two occasions now, and counting, been serviced by a person named Joe, I am a very strict vegetarian who also happens to be a picky eater and therefore dont get very much stuff. But for every item that isnt the norm I am charged. It is unprofessional and if you expect to be competition for boxed names than you have to be better than them. Right now you are below average. I am a locavore, but given the choice between burrito loco or qdoba at this point I would choose qdoba. Especially when you keep people like Joe around.

Allergy Aware and Delicious. I ordered lunch one day and mentioned that I wanted no dairy, because of a food allergy. The nice man who took my call, promptly informed me that the rice is cooked w a dab of butter. He easily altered my order, made sure I had no dairy, and the food was delicious. I got the carne, double ground beef. It is HUGE! It is like a thick log burrito of deliciousness. Easily 3 plus meals. Also comes w chips and salsa. Good food, quick delivery and people who actually listen to you.

Dont get me wrong, Chipotle makes damn good burritos. But if you want the BEST burrito in town, Burrito loco is where its at hands down. I have never had a better burrito anywhere, even in cali or las vegas. They make, in my opinion, a "homemade" tasting burrito. One that tastes different every time you get one, unlike Chipotle where its like having a mouth full of spices and rice. Plus they serve cheap beer since its on campus. ! Just get there before 8:30pm and your good to go

Don't take passports for a valid ID? How much more of a secure ID could I get? Glad i can travel the world with this, ha my identity verified with the US state department, but they lack the intelligence to recognize that? The owner turned me down, not the waitress, how pathetic. Makes me curious as to what else this place can miss due to a lack of effort or intellect. Food violations, safety regulations, taxes? Just great! Thanks bloco, keep up the solid work.

Dont order from Burrito Loco because they mess up your order and arent accountable for it. I ordered delivery on Wed, Sept. 3 and a fajita burrito with guacamole. There was no guac and they had charged me the $1.25 extra. They told me theyd bring the guac in an hour. By then my lunch would have been over. I didnt get my guac and was robbed by the extra charge. What kind of business are you running? I wanted to support local, but I will stick to Chipotle.

The wings are always at least good, sometimes they are PERFECTION, Perfection meaning buttery, crispy, decent sized wing, and great flavor, sometimes they only hit 2 of the 4, sometimes they knock it out of the park and you get all 4 thing! It is THE Only restaurant that I repeatedly visit. Fajitas Friday Nights are Bomb!!! Some of the staff is AWESOME!!! Burritos are always a good thing. This will be the only place I miss when I move from MN.

The food is ok, nothing to get excited over. But the service is what SUCKS!!!!! Do not order for delivery, you will die from starvation before theyll deliver. Their staff are unprofessional and do not care customer service or meeting customers needs. We ordered food for our office, and that was the last time we have ever odered from this place ever. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
