Worst experience in customer service ever first we walked in wasnt seated which was fine they told us to sit any where but once we where seated our waiter didnt come to our table for a good 10 15 min to even get at us or take our drink order once he finally came to our table took our drink and apatizer order it was over 10 min to get our drinks keep in mind I seen four other tables eating almost finished so it wasnt packed or busy that it would have taken longer to get the drinks after that we didnt see him for another 20 minutes with our one order of fried pickles didnt fill our drinks but once the entire 2 hrs we where there he then took our order which took at least 30 45 min to come out on top of the waiter coming out telling us the kitchen drop one of the orders and had to be make it which took even longer when our food finally came out he didnt even give us forks so we had to wait to eat so he could go get them when we where finished eating we had to waive him down to get boxes and our checks because he was talking to a lady at the bar that had just walked in it took him forever to get the boxes finally we just went to the bar and got them ourselves by this time we just wanted to leave when we paid he didnt ask if on of use wanted our change back and assumed it was a tip it was not he didnt show any want to be there let alone help the people that where eating again it was not busy at all he was not the only waiter I saw 3 others that could have been one for every table which should have made the experience even better all in all the food was great as always we have been to this restraunt many of times the service was the worst I have had better at a fast food place hope next time is better or we probably wont be eating there again we always tip on good service this was not good servise at all

Let me start off by saying, I am a waitress myself and the service/food were horrible. It started off good but went downhill within the first 20 minutes. Food took forever to get and ended up being warm to cold as if sitting out too long before being brought to us. Waitress had to be tracked down to tell about the issue and only came to our table a few times during the hour and a half we were there. We were her only table in her section! When asked to speak to a manager about how cold the food ended up being, we had to get up to find another employee after 15 minutes of waiting, to yet again track the manager down. A few minutes later the manager appeared and they comped our burgers. She asked if we wanted new food, but we had been there for an hour and a half and we had a movie to catch in 20 minutes. After being given the reciept, I gave her our gift card to pay. She gave us a "Oh you just wanted a free meal" look - despite the fact that my entire meal was basically not eaten. I had plenty of money in my wallet to pay the rest of my bill, but Im not going to pay for a meal that I wasnt able to eat! She is lucky I left her any tip whatsoever. Only good thing about this place, was the drink I ordered but its the last time we are eating here - Oh and an Update, if the waitress wasnt slow, and in addition to it taking forever to get the manager and finding another waitress to find a manager, we walked in to the movie theater just in time for our movie, only to walk up to the gate to watch our movie be sold out before our eyes. Thank you Buffalo Wild Wings for letting us choose you as a poor excuse of a date night after 4 years of never being able to go out to have a date with my husband!

I just left your establishment after receiving the worst service Ive ever had. I ordered online because I didnt have a lot of time,I had to close my store to run down and pick up my food. My order said it would be finished at 1:50, knowing they are always slow I waited to walk down until 1:55. I got there and waited a full 5 minutes at the bar before even being greeted, Finally i was acknowledged and told it would be a couple minutes after which the lady working the bar (Holly) walked off and disappeared. At 2:10 I hunted down the manager (Nikki P.) And told her that myself as well as many other people were complaining. A couple gentlemen told me theyd been waiting for the food for a full hour, and a father and son placed their order 45 minutes prior and Hadnt even received their drinks. When I spoke to the manager another table was complaining and she told me "one issue at a time and turned to walk away without caring at all. I go back to the bar and proceed to wait finally its 2:15 , a full 25 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready and the bartender comes back to print my ticket and tell me the price. I asked her if it was finished yet and she said no, I told her it was supposed to be at 1:50 and I couldnt wait any longer trying to give her an opportunity to remedy the situation and all she said was "well theyre backed up" balled up my receipt and threw it away. Making it clear that if I couldnt wait I would need to leave . It was so rude, Im appalled.

The boyfriend and I went to have a nice meal and spend some quality time together after a very long and stressful work week here as we love BWW, and this is a more convenient location for us now compared to the location across Springfield that we usually go to. When we got there all was well and we were seat fairly quickly. When we were seated it took well over 10 minutes for someone to even offer drinks. Our waiter stated "Nobody told me I had a table, sorry." Okay, no big deal... he comes back with our waters, we place our order. We receive our food within normal time but it was prepared differently than as the other location prepares it. We had seen our waiter twice. We waited for 10+ minutes for him for refills and to ask for ranch. Nothing. I stopped a waitress passing by and asked for boxes and some ranch. He had noticed I had spoke with her, and he had at that point came to fill our waters. We asked for our ticket, as we were clearly upset with the service. Paying in cash our meal was roughly $32 so we give $40 and he asks if we would like our change.. Im thinking uh yes! You do not deserve an $8 tip! As soon as we receive our cash back we left, very unhappy!! Poor service!!!

Sat at bar. 15 minutes before a waiter covering the bar tables asked me and my guest for waters, which he gave us. 2 minutes later, the water was delivered by the bartender which took our order for a beer (coors light tall) and food. 15 wings, three sauces and a veggie boat. it wasnt for 45 minutes later that we received any communication, but our food suddenly turning up and was lukewarm at best. The patron next to us literally waited 55 minutes before receiving his food, a timer had started running. This store is literally a horrible example of what buffalo wild wings service is. It would be better to close this store than let it continue on. Applebees, with significantly less sports, is a better sports bar [urely based on serive. I would be better served by going to the next door walmart and buying wings, butter, buffalo sauce, celery and carrots, go home and cook them for myself before i get serviced at this terrible example of a Buffalo wild wings "restaurant"
