We Used to go here for the fun atmosphere and highly energetic staff. After our experience today we will drive the extra 20 minutes to another location where they still know how to make there guests feel welcomed and appreciated. Layla the server had no interest in making sure our order was correct or that our appetizer came out before our entrees. Dan the manager did apologize but it wasnt sincere, more like him just doing his job. And No we didnt complain because we wanted a free meal infact we left our entire order on the table. We just wanted a fun atmosphere and nice lunch out..we were so disappointed that we left and went to another location where that Buffalo Wild Wings gave us what we wanted.

I found feathers on one of my wings right as I was about to eat it. When I brought this to the servers attention, she said that it happens sometimes and walked away. This is the second time this has happened at this location, and Ive only been here twice. I think it says something about the quality of food and the customer service when I was served inedible food 100% of my visits here. As someone who eats more than my fair share of wings (I order them almost every time I see them on a menu), I have never had this happen before. I should not have to inspect each wing before eating (the feathers were not immediately noticeable). Highly disappointed and grossed out.

This was absolutely the worst pick up service Ive ever had ... Dont get me wrong I love Buffalo wild wings and I usually have good service when I go there but the one on Snelling was sloppy. My order was late (pick up time on the app was 2 pm and I sat there for 30 minutes waiting) my food was cold and the boxes that they put my food in looked like they picked them right off the ground. The ladys working DID not even care I was talking to them when I asked them what was going on.. So I was motivated to rate them and now I will drive the extra 10-15 miles so go to another one especially when Im going to do take out

Servers are excellent but when dealing with management things became problematic. Had to wait 30 minutes to order and then wait another 30 to receive wings that my friend and I ordered. When confronting the manger (Brian I believe) we were scoffed at and told that couldnt have happened. Even when a friend of mine who worked there that night vouched for us we were still not taken seriously. Needless to say our server Chase stepped up and took care of my friend and I even though he didnt have to. I love BWW but the service I received was that not of which should be the representation of the company.

Started off well. Waitress was very kind. Got our drinks, sat down. Our waitress ordered our food about 15 minutes after sitting down. 25 minutes go by and we still didnt get our food. Finally our food comes and my friend is missing half of his wings and im missing 2/3 of mine. We thought that they were taking a little extra time, so we just waited. 10 minutes later we asked the waitress where our wings are and 20 minutes after that we finally got them! We werent asked how the food was, didnt get our drinks refilled. Very unhappy for how much paid. All around my worst BDubs experience.

This location has gone very downhill since it first opened. I almost always order out and tonight was no different. The wings were soggy and had next to no seasoning on them. Also, I ordered a Large and it didnt even have all the wings in it when I got home. Ive never really minded the overpricing, but im not even getting decent wings anymore. The only reason I was able to give it 2 stars was because the people who work there are always so friendly and helpful, but the food is just plain slumping. Go to a different location, or possibly even a different restaurant.

Generally a great experience. Last week Rachel (server) and Patrick (corporate) served us. Didnt want to leave. Today, Sam fine server. We requested volume be turned down on golf tournament. The twelve folks in the restaurant were trying to watch. Twins and World Cup soccer. Brad (manager) refused request from server. Did not come to our table. When leaving I asked him why. He said thats what makes BWW so successful. Not one guest was watching golf. Brad was. Wont be back soon.

Arrived at 12:30pm with my husband and son after a very long day. And was told we couldnt eat there because it was to late. It says they serve food until 1:00am not 12:30pm felt very unwelcome and unwanted. And there was other people in the restaurant eating. And the manager said he will kick them out at 1:00 even if they are still eating and thats there policy. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. We will be taking our late night business somewhere else.

Food is on par with other BWW restaurants. Service is often extremely slow, however, even just to be seated... though that might have to do with the time of day we visit, usually mid afternoon. Still, no excuse! Servers are friendly, but not very attentive, and when there are three or four other customers in the building, why does it take 45 minutes to get our order? What is the cook doing?

Ive been here twice and have had terrible service both times. Tonight was one of the worst dining experiences Ive ever had. Cold food and a very absent waiter even when we walked through the door no body greeted us for 10 minutes. Ill remember to not eat at this location again.

Me and my friend got there and the lady in the front was not happy to see us then we have to wait 5 or more minutes to be greeted or asked us what we want to drink first by our waitress. We had to ask another person if we were going to be served or not. Bad service overall

My girlfriend and I decided to try out buffalo wild wings for the second time in our lives. Our servers name was Will, and we found him to be extremely helpful and friendly. Thanks to a staff like him, we look forward to many more trips to buffalo wild wings.......

Imagine your worst nightmare, but worse. Incredibly dirty table, charged us for things we didnt order, wings were borderline frozen... and on and on and on. Awful, terrible, disgusting, dishonest, appalling etc etc.. Do yourself a favor and dont ever come here.

I ordered a Togo on my lunch break. They left the dressing out on the salad which resulted in losing 10 minutes of my lunch break to go back & get it. There was no compensation offered for the mistake. I wont be returning

Always a great location. The staff is always nice and attentive. Pretty good food for the price. I always leave with leftovers and theyll even send you home with some ranch or extra wing sauce if you ask for it.

I have only had pickup at this location, but it was a quick and easy experience. They have a separate pickup door, which was very useful. The staff were friendly, and the food was done quickly. Great experience!
