Had the worst dining experience of my life tonight. I went to dinner here with my boyfriend and a couple of our friends, and right off the bat, the host couldnt be bothered to greet us, and unfortunately this was just the beginning. Once we were seated, our server, whom I wont name out of respect, lacked manners or anything resembling. When we ordered, my boyfriend asked for a burger without onions. The waiter replies, "The onions are on the side." Cool, that works. We get our food, and there are diced onions in the sauce on his burger. He comes back, we ask for a new burger, as there are onions on this one. He says, "Alright then," grabs the plate, and walks away without another word... Id expect, at the very LEAST, an insincere apology, and we didnt even receive that. He brings back a new burger and walks away, still completely silent. I couldnt believe it. Were now halfway through our meal, and mine and my boyfriends drinks are empty. I see our waiter heading our way, and I make eye contact as hes walking past. I actually watched this man look at our empty glasses, then back at me, then turn to keep walking. As someone who works in customer service, I found this almost too rude to comprehend. At this point, we all just wanted this meal to end. I wanted to talk to the manager, who was occasionally seen wandering around, but my compatriots didnt want to cause a scene. Whats disappointing is that this was my second time at Firebirds, and my first experience was phenomenal. Our waitress was friendly and helpful, and the food was divine. Not so, this time around. The food was decent, but it was obvious that little effort was made. All in all, the whole dinner was uncomfortable and lackluster. I wont be returning.

This was one of the worst experiences of our lives! My family and I wanted to try something new and thought Firebird sounded really good. We arrived and were seated right away. Only to sit there forever and not be waited on. 2 other tables came in after us and had their food before we had our drinks! One waitress came by and asked if we had been help when we said no, she did proceed to take our drink order. She finally came back after that and realized no one had taken our food order so she took it. We ordered the wings for an appetizer and asked for no hot sauce. When our wings arrived they had hot sauce all over them. When I questioned her about it she said that was just how they came. How come she did not tell us this when we originally ordered? In the meantime the two tables I mentioned about had already paid and left the restaurant! This place I would not recommend to my enemies! The food is fair and way overpriced. The staff doesn’t seem to care and for 3 people (one being a child) we left there with a bill of over $70!!! And no we did not order anything fancy like the steaks.

Tonight I had so many appetizers it was way more then just a meal. The smoked wings were a buffalo style but it was not the overly vinegar buffalo that some places use. The blue cheese with this was great as well not over bitter as they sometimes can be. The seared ahi was great and usually I am not a huge fish fan but in this case I would order this again in a heartbeat. The ranch rings were a great twist on the traditional onion rings the ranch it came with was super thick and way better then a traditional dipping sauce. The lobster queso with homemade tortilla chips was amazing. I also ordered the signature martini. I am not a big alcohol fan but I ended up having 2 of these. I got a chance to try multiple desserts tonight. The carrot cake with Caramel sauce was great. The warm brownie with ice cream was the dessert my wife loved the most. My favorite was the creme bruleè cheesecake I could of probably eating way to much of this and not been able to leave. All in all this was an amazing trip and I will be back for sure.

I was visiting from Oregon and on September 6th four of us tried Firebirds for a good steak dinner, sitting at table .63/1. The decor was very nice while noisy, and smell of the wood burning aromatic. When it came time to order I asked what kind of beef and our waitress didnt know, I asked about aging and she didnt know. She came back with the answers twice? We asked for a certain cut of New Your Steak and she didnt know what we meant so again left and returned . When the meals arrived the Filet Minon wasnt cooked properly and had to be redone. The 14oz New York and 14oz Ribeye were very tastfull if you could get by the fat. Both plates left 4 to 5oz of fat. Wasted meat. For $162.00 I expected much better food and service. I wont return with friends my next trip. I gave two stars as one meal was good and the location was convenient. Staff needs to know what they are serving!

My friend and I came across this restaurant and it was our first time trying it out. This restaurant is fantastic! There firebird chicken pasta was really good. There waiters were on top of bringing refills without even asking. Our waiter was an older lady and she just give out the best customer service Ive ever had. She gave out descriptions of the food. The atmosphere was very calm. The main manager EJ Nau asked us twice how everything was. We asked him where we could write a review . Everything was just perfect. They attended us great. If I could give out 100 stars I would !

We had lunch today, September 12. I had the fried shrimp tacos. My friend had the fried mahi tacos. We had the onion rings as an appetizer. My side was a baked potato and hers was a side salad. I thought the onion rings were very good. My tacos were great but Im not sure I would get them again. Too much fried. I tasted my friends fried mahi taco and I agreed with her, too greasy. Probably would have been better to have been grilled. Service was great. The place was busy. No running, squealing kids nor loud music. The area was clean.

The food was great! However the service was not. Our waiter personally was very nice but never refilled our waters which were completely empty. My kids were almost done eating before they finally got their drinks. We saw tables around us getting trays of bread however we did not. 1 side salad came very quick however another side salad didnt arrive till half way thru our entrees. For a higher end restaurant I thought the service would be better. I gave it 1/5 stars but the food was 5/5 so overall 3/5.

Went there this past Saturday afternoon for a birthday lunch with 3 adults and one child. The service was horrible. The food was good. They need to get some training for their servers. We sat at the table for 10 minutes until the manager asked us if our server had greeted us. It them took about another 10 minutes for the server to come to our table. The restaurant was not very busy, no wait, but it was apparent they did not have enough staff or the staff was just not that good.
