One star only cause I have to. Went in for dinner this evening and once again a huge disappointment. I cant understand why fast food has become acceptable to be bad food? Everything was old. Being someone who has been in the food service industry years ago, I always took a pride in providing and quality food product and a enjoyable experience. Cleanliness, politeness and warmth to the guest. All of which was non existent here and many other places. How hard is it to make less more often then a lot at once and serve horrible food that has sat? Not to even mention the food save hazards that go with holding food that long. I will never return.

I will not go back to the kfc in anoka minn again most the staffs is unfriendly they dont get you orders right the one day it took three of going back and calling trying to get it right manager wasnt nice (dont know she was the manager) and asked to talk to the manager or a phone number she laughed at us and shut the door in the drive thur still laughing . now l tell everyone dont go the anoka kfc because of the bad services and unfriendly. Living in minneapolis they took all the kfc,s out i guess due to the evil white devil in there signs and replaced all of them with horribley ran popeye cheekins where service is horribly bad and prices high and bad quality food as well as the usual chimpouts that occure its worth the 20mile drive to kfc even if service is bad its safer and better quality food and atmosphere.

Most of the KFC in the Twin Cities and surrounding area have closed or turned to other restaurants. There arent many KFC that I know of with a buffet, but this is one. Speed if service is good. Only reason I give 3⭐ is the quality or freshness of the food. Tenders I purchased were dry.

I paid then watch the lady proceed to handle our food after handling the money, without gloves either. I then proceeded to request a refund at which point i recieved attitude not only from management, but the grill lady as well. Very unprofessional. Dirty facility as well.

The employees are rude and the food is old every time I go there, even during peak hours. I got a chicken little and it looks like they attempted to cover up how old the chicken strip was with mayo, it was pouring out of the sandwich. Will not be returning here

Took 5 mins to be rung up for two buffets, there was no line... most of the tables were filthy and the floor needed a spot sweep bad. Food wasnt stirred properly, so even the potato salad had a dry crust on top. Ick ick. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

Good customer service, but lobby cleaning and repair is lacking. Ripped seat backs, trash can missing its door, and dirty tables make the dining room a less than desirable place to stay and eat. Go for the drive thru our get it to go.

One of the dirtest KFC Ive been to. I came up to order the buffet and they said it was closed yet the line had plenty of food and they didnt start taking in down for 15 minutes. I had a very poor experience.

Buffet food was horrible. Canned apple desert front a can. Tasted like paste, so called apples were paste. Vegetables had no flavor. Chicken was good though. Wont be back to the buffet

KFC buffet has been ok at best for many years. One hidden gem I didnt know about is when you buy the buffet, you can order chicken strips... those are pretty good.

The service is always slow and the inside just feels dirty. The food is okay and is usually old tasting. Id rather eat chicken strips somewhere else anyways.

The chicken in the buffet is kinda sub par to the normal kfc chicken and if you dont wear a coat and long pants you are gonna freeze.

If you dont ask for the freshest chicken theyll give you old chicken thats been sitting in warmer. Fresh chicken is great though!
