I would bet the colonel has done rolled over in his grave due to the embarrassment of the moronic degenerates that are ruining his chain that he worked so hard to create it use to be so good but bad service will totally squelch any establishment if these people are bucking for 15 dollars per hour they better be setting some higher standards Im not saying they are all bad but with reviews such as this its got to be quite a few dont know if it will ever get better but there is always hope I hope it does but until then I will be leary so read the reviews before you make hasty decision

I was short on time and chose to go through the drive through. I ordered the K10 meal - 3pc Big Box. I asked for white meat. When I returned to my office, I found that I had all dark meat! I was not able to return to fix the issue. The purpose of drive though is for people to grab food on the go when they do not have time to dine in. I would expect things to be right! I would rather you take a few extra minutes to get me my food and it be what I ordered then take less time and its wrong! Slow down guys and provide the great service your company promotes!!!

Horrible management. I watched a manager, Jen, stand there yelling at her staff refusing to help them complete their tasks all the while she is standing there watching them and using her cell phone. For over an hour I watched her stand there on her cellphone yelling at staff and refusing to help them. I also witnessed her bad mouthing employees with her staff. Very disturbing atmosphere for high school kids to have to work in. Jen the manager is a bully to her staff

The reason I cant give 5stars is because we the pot pie and it was just OK not bad just OK. Now the chicken was OFF THE CHAIN!!!! Very seasoned and juicy by the way I had all white meat original. Keep it up KFC I will be back

Service was horrible food was tolerable, what wasnt tolerable were the restrooms. They were filthy and disgusting, makes me wonder what the after effects of the food will be. Would not recommend stopping here.

I will not return to this location. I got the largest bucket meal, original recipe. It was so dark and crunchy, Im certain it was over cooked. I wasted my money because the chicken is STILL in my fridge.....

One of the worst meals we have ever had. They forgot part of our order, (partly my fault for not checking it). The chicken was greasy and half the coating came off in the bucket. Will not be returning.

This has got to be one of the nastiest looking KFCs in the country, all the paint is chipped, looks like grease running down the walls, wallpaper pulling off the wall, just plain nasty.

Dirty Tables and floors, they forgot to give us cups, workers had dirty uniforms. Mash potatoes tasted old and the biscuit was hard!! I watched the customer after me get wrong change.
