WORST KFC/fast food experience I have ever had!!! I will NEVER go back!! I sat in the drive thru line for almost 40 minutes... I would have left but I PROMISED my husband Id bring home KFC because he had been craving crispy chicken and potato wedges for weeks. So I stayed in line. I got up to the speaker, and not only did I sit there for another 10 minutes before even being acknowledged, their menu wasnt even lit up and it was night time! I could not read a damn thing! Someone finally asked for my order and then proceeded to be RUDE when I asked what the side options were because I could not read them on the menu! He said, "coleslaw, mashed potatoes, etc." I said, "Can you tell me all the options please? Im sorry but I cant read a thing on the menu" He said everything but potato wedges... I asked if they had them, and they DIDNT!!!! So then I go to the first window and sit there for who knows how long, and they wave me to the second window. How hard is it to make a sign that says next window please? I pay the $35 for an order that I barely want... and I get home and the order is WRONG!!!!!!! I give them ZERO stars. I had to give them one to leave a review. That was the most ridiculous thing Ive ever had happen at a fast food place. WILL NOT GO BACK.

First off the cashier during our visit looked higher then a kite(eyes were blood shot and he wont make eye contact). We asked him a question and could not answer us on it. The food was cappy. We ordered two potatoe bowls and the corn was watery so it made the bowl taste like water the corn was in. The chicken had no meat to it all breading. Ordered the mini corn dogs for my kids and they were cold when we got them. The side of Mac and cheese was super runny like soup. Next time I want KFC I will drive a couple more minutes to the next closest one. Will never come back to this one again

I visited the Apple Valley location yesterday and was disappointed. I ordered a 12 piece crispy strip meal and only received 10 crispy strips. Of the 10 crispy strips we did receive, at least half of them were the size of chicken nuggets. For $26, you should first get what you actually ordered and secondly you should get food that is of value. The only reason for two stars was that the sides were actually fresh and tasty but definitely not worth $26.

I have nothing good to say about this Franchise owned establishment or not! The owner who takes the orders is so rude. He treats his employees like crap and they dont care because most of them are uneducated! I vow to never support another KFC due to the way I was treated and the way I saw the owner treat the employees! I thank God for education dust to KFC in Apple Valley, MN.

Dont recommend this KFC. KFC is delicious but the last 3 times Ive been here the food didnt taste like normal KFC. Which is fine, but a consideration. Also, this time one of my pieces of original chicken was completely missing the skin. The time before that I ordered a 12 piece bucket and received 9 wings.

They can never seem to get the food right. I have been there multiple times and it always seem like they give you the opposite of whatever is ordered. Would not reccomend. Try Canes around the corner, might be busy but at least theyll give you what you asked for.

I asked for popcorn chicken; they said that they "only have one size, and its $10." I thought it would be a pretty big container. What I got was a box the size of a soda can. For ten dollars!

I for real saw a rat run across the floor, and once this old women who worked at night had a foot cast in so she put her foot (with no sock) on the counter. Never going here again.

The food here is usually pretty good. There would be a time or two where the chicken would be over cooked but its usually not. The service Ive had has almost always been good.

I found a pube in my mac n cheese. I was horrified but i still managed to scarff it down because I was hungry. 2 weeks later i was diagnosed with HPV. Speedy service though.

I found a hair in my coleslaw and I took it out and continued eating it, chicken was rubbery but fixed the problem with peanut butter and jelly.

Fried chicken was greasy and a bit mushy. The only thing that was good was the mashed potatoes and gravy.
