Look i love Kentucky Fried but the advertising is a joke showing the big bucket of chicken and having the 20.00 meal deal. Wrong! No.1 your to expensive. No.2 Quality is below par No.3 Your store is filthy No.4 Customer service is incosistant with policy and procedure. No.5 Parking and bathrooms disgusting No.6 Who wants to see your employees smoking right outside the backdoor its unprofessional and questional if there even using hand cleaning or gloves when they go back in. But from the waiting time why are people smoking anyway. Great product poor Management and advertising.

Walked in to the lobby and waited while the staff had a discussion in the office off to the left of the registers. Asked numerous times pretty loudly if anyone was there to take an order, nothing. I get it, stuff happens. But I waited around 5-7 minutes for someone to check the register. At a KFC. Got a cookie out of the deal, woohoo.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered a pot pie that was a little over cooked and seemed like it had been sitting quite a while. Husband ordered the roasted chicken bucket. The chicken was really good. So was the biscuits and Mac& Cheese but they gave him one small gravy for two large potatoes.

Always takes awhile to get your order whether you are eating in or going through the drive-thru their sides are delicious and packaged well sometimes about 50% of the time actually if you order a bucket of original chicken it is so greasy the skin literally slides off of it

Hot chicken was laying in a lake of grease. I know its fried chicken but geez. Also the fountain Sprite must not be filled because it just tasted like carbonated water. I still ate most of it because fried chicky is fried chicky but they gotta do a lil better.

Every time I try and give this kfc a chance - they dont have grilled chicken breasts and they forget something in my meal. The last 5 times over the past year have been horrible experiences. I wont be trying to go back there ever again.

They were very busy and we had to wait a while for our food. The staff went out of their way to thank us for our patience and generously offered us a free desert for our trouble. Wow what a great customer service experience!
