A change in ownership and or/management a couple of months ago? Kept looking for the hidden camera! One side of the double doors is still locked after a couple of months, order taker needed constant help due to her limited command of the English language, cold gravy, greasy hand prints everywhere, ketchup way up on the ceiling, signage up for customer view nagging the help about cellphone usage, "If you have time to lean, you have time to clean", broken TVs in the dining area...Bonus points for the panhandler hassling diners, trying to get change for a glass of water while management just looked on? Really? Just give Johnny Crackhead a paper cup for some water you cheapskates! Really uncomfortable. Would not bring the family, certainly would not come here after dark. Oh LOOK! Theres a SONIC thats just a block or two south!

Went there tonight at 8:40 because sign says OPEN UNTIL 10 (apparently they close at 9). I ordered 3 basic $5 fill up boxes. 20 minutes later when I get to the window she says, "Were out of biscuits and thighs." I reply, "Okay, what do you have instead?" She offers me breasts to replace the chicken and extra cookies and fries. So I take it. 10 minutes later I drive off not fully satisfied but oh well. Then, when i get home and we open the boxes theres only one peice of chicken in each box, fries are hard and old and chicken is old also! Worst service and food ever. Guess they should change hours on door to "TBD by manager." Crap! Wont go back.

This is so frustrating. Twice now in the last two months Ive been to your location and tried to order a 3 piece original chicken meal. Both times now, youve waited until after Ive placed the order and pulled up to pay to tell me that you dont have original bone in chicken. How can that even be possible? This is one of the core items on your menu. It would be like me going to a McDonalds and being told they dont have any Big Macs. Needless to say, I will never go back to this location. Since there isnt really a KFC close to me, I probably just stop going to KFC all together. Thank you for wasting my time, twice.

They close their drive through at 10pm which I understand might take a little bit to make my food (which is normal for FAST FOOD). Wait in line for 10 minutes till someone actually answers which in now 9 40. Ask for a bucket and they tell me their out of chicken.... HOW THE FU** are you out of chicken. Customer service was poor and unfortunately there was someone else that was waiting behind me Who experienced the same thing. Get it together

Horrible service- Too lazy to get Diet Rootbeer (um..your sister store is A&W Rootbeer) from the other soda dispenser so they wont give it to you if you use the drive thru. When you question them you get your food thrown at you at the window without any acknowledgment. And dont try and call the store to ask if this is the way they treat customers. They dont answer the phone. Popeyes, here I come!

The food is great when they have it - but this location is ALWAYS out of chicken tenders! What in the world, KFC?? Just waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes to be informed that, yet again, theyre out of a menu staple. Wish someone here would get it together; it would be a good fast food standby if only you could get food here. Frustrating.

Unorganized, hard to understand, and completely messed my order up. Ordered strawberry shake and he handed me a chocolate and I ordered two double bacon cheeseburgers and I only got one. Not sure whats so difficult about getting an order of 3 items right the first time. Also, the wait took up my whole lunchbreak pretty much.

This place is HORRIBLE! Middle of the day, no customers around and yet the place was FILTHY! All the tables looked like they hadnt been wiped off in days, you couldnt take a step in the floor without steppin on food or your shoes stickin. What were the associates doing?? Just standin around chit chattin.

Ordered 5$ fill up. Chicken was missing skin. Biscute was extra hard. Was told thats how kfc cook them i have had kfc before never were the biscutes that hard. Then go to sit in lobby chairs were sticky to the touch. Tables were dirty. To bring out of town guest out to eat. It was very upsetting

Beware! I got the $5 Zinger box. Got home opened the box to find out that I didnt get the jo jo fries like the sign says by the drive thru menu, (disappointing) I got regular fries which were soggy and out of the bag on the bottom of the box. If u order a Zinger box, check it out before u leave!!

The chicken was cold and soggy and the fries seemed like they had been sitting out all day. Long wait for food that was was obviously microwaved or had been sitting in a warming drawer. We were there at dinner time and they were out of BBQ sauce and mac and cheese. We wont be back.

Horrible experience in customer service. The manager for the evening shift provides horrible customer service as well. Their drive through closes too early despite the sign says 10PM. Obviously the manager here wants to leave early instead of doing his job right.

Changed root beer I knows its kinda dumb but the aw draft root beer they had was amazing brought me here alone for this reason now they say its the same and they hooked it up to a soda machine but its more carbonated taste Plz bring the good stuff back 1!

horrible, once you order and they tell you to pull up towards the window. They wont tell you the price on the intercom so you can basically drive right off. once she told me the price at the window, i laughed and simply drove off. rip off

Order 16 pcs of chicken, came home to only 10. POS KFC. Never ever going back to this location ever. No wonder Popeyes is taking over. Ran out of chicken and sauces...wtf kind of place that specialize in chicken runs out of chicken?

Quality is poor, the price for items are high, if you want a bacon double its only 1 piece of bacon. Manager would not remake the food. The chicken was dry and tough. Thank god for Popeyes chicken. Do not go to this KFC

Well I havent even eaten there at all. Have tried to go twice and had waited in the line for about 10 minutes each time (with no movement made by cars 3 cars in front of me). I just left. I Will not ever even try again.

Poor customer service, over priced food, very slow, creepy people hanging out in the parking lot, told us they dont have enough chicken wings for our order straight up pathetic wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Ive ordered chicken tenders and they gave me chicken thigh and a leg. They also had sticky floors and dirty tables. The food was dry and the peanut butter shake was terrible. Im never coming back at KFC again.

Great experience at this location, everyone was friendly especially Sam and Mona she was really friendly to me and I felt welcomed especially by her and the rest of the crew. Will be going back for sure!
