Filthy!!!!! Traveling from Montana to Wisconsin, I was starving. We stopped in Monticello. We walked in the door and I should have turned and left. The buffet was a complete mess, food spilled all over, everything looked old and dried out. We opted for the $5 fill up. My husband went to use the bathroom, no paper towels. While I waited, I filled up soda glasses, no straws. I actually reached over a pile of misc boxes, cups on the front counter and retrieved my own. As my husband went to get a table, he sd." Theres only one half way clean." Mind you, they were not busy, it was us and two other tables. Sure enough, all tables were dirty! The floor needed to be swept and mopped!!! We ate as fast as we could and got out! Such a disappointment for such a nice town!! Sue and Corey

Seriously waited over 30 minutes for our food, our order was screwed up. The floor was flooded and I recommended that they mop the floor before someone gets hurt, I was told they squeegee not mop and have slip resistant shoes so they wont slip, they were wearing Crocs. After finally getting our food we went back up for butter and they didnt know where it was. Bathroom trash spilling over. Group of friends talking to them and waiting for them to get off work. Im usually very patient and understanding but thiswas ridiculous, this was also the first time Ive written a review if that tells you how dissatisfied I was.

Prolly the dirtiest restaurant Ive EVA been in! It was NOT busy. The restrooms were unsanitary! SUCK WORSE at your job(s)! Garbages were overflowing, no towels in the bathroom, unstocked beverage caddy, majority of tables not wiped down, floors not swept as well as unmopped! Owner/GM should be embarrassed and ashamed to be running a business in that order! Need new employees that actually care and hope they arent the ones advocating or expecting $15 an hour...! DO NOT eat there!!!

I was looking forward to getting a nice crispy $5 fill up, but then when I ordered my meal the worker seemed a bit too interested on the numbers on my debit card more then the service. When I finally got my food, the chicken was dry, the soda wasnt even Dr. Pepper like I order but only soda water. All in all this was by far the worse KFC Ive ever gotten food from, I highly recommend not going there for a meal.

Horrible service! Been that way for years. I will usually drive to Buffalo Kfc because its so bad in Monticello. I went to get the buffet tonight and therye was No extra crispy so they made me wait 45 minutes for My meal and didn't even tell when it was done. Its always something at Monticello Kfc. Do not go there if you dont have to..Consistently the worst service Ive ever seen anywhere!

Just left this location. The bathrooms were filthy, and the main dining area was even worse. The floors are sticky, you feel like your shoes are sticking to the floor with every step, and every surface (table, chairs, countertops) have a filmy residue on them. The food seemed as if it had been cooked and left in a hot area for a few hours prior to being served. Overall disgusting experience

The food here is horrible...as well as the service. Wish I wouldve just went thru the drive thru. In the middle of the meal it started smelling like backed up sewage. My 4 year old daughter expressed her feelings on that inappropriate smell. Yes...one words discribes this place "disgusting." Not gonna even speak on the bathroom area. Someone needs to get this place in shape...shut it down

worst bad bad at 1:00 on sunday afternoon the send out dried out to the very bone made into jerky.Called them and they give you crap excuses.The colonerl sanders would have taken the cookers away from them.they send out the oldest on togo so you dont know till you are home .Not the first time but probably not go back and they are not conserned about it

Food was good staff is friendly place is clean but at 7:35 they were turning away people for buffet, the lobby was a cozy 85 degrees not much different in your else in the store but it was 95 degrees outside didnt have much of a selection two of the large Hidden spots the Hot Table contained stuffing and stuffing for desert there was pudding or pudding

We stopped for a bite to eat and the buffet did not look veryw well kept, vegetables looked dry and the gravy looked old, we ended up ordering chicken strips and two pc meal, both had bad tasting biscuits and potatoes were warm at best, THE WORST KFC I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!! The chicken strips were more like hard coating fried to hell!#$%&?!@#$

Monticello KFC is the best restaurant Ive ever been to! there food is amazingly Delicious! The people That work there are super friendly! It makes me want to come back again! I rate this restaurant a "TEN"! I just would like to say Thank you to the manger there Travis that keeps the place looking good and keeps the food Tasting good!

Under cooked crispy chicken strips, doughy biscuits, Friday night or not there is no excuse for undercooked food!!!! Then try to call because who is going to dive back to Monticello @ 6:00 pm and they do not even have a machine just a recording saying no one is available to take your call and hangs up! What is up with that?

After working a 16 hour day all I wanted was my comfort food. Went through the drive through and ordered a couple bowls and got home to eat they were made wrong. One had no chicken and the other had no gravy! Seriously! I tried to call to complain and got no answer! What a joke! I will NEVER go there again.

Just ordered a $5 fill up at the drive thru and had to ask for a straw, didnt get any napkins, and when i looked in the bag after leaving, realized I didnt get the cookie that is supposed to come with it. Food was okay and the person at the window was nice. Just not happy about not getting what I paid for.

Dismal at best. Seemed to be enough staff, but the place was dirty. Towel dispenser broken in the dirty bathroom. A package of napkins was wedged into the sink (yup, this makes it all better). Historically, this was a well run establishment - not anymore.

Dirty, disgusting food, low employee hygiene. Dont scratch your ass then go back to making food. Dry chicken, at least the part I had until watching Bubba take care of that itch. Take the extra time to go to the Mexican place next door!!!

The womans bathroom is so nasty, I was using the bathroom & puked all over because it stunk so bad and then the toilet wont even flush and no paper towels, so good luck to however has to clean that up.

We stopped in to eat while traveling. The place was a mess with garbage on the floor and dirty tables. I will definitely avoid this restaurant in the future.
