The worst taco bell Ive ever been to. I understand that its not a five-star restaurant, but this location is awful. The person who was supposed to be taking orders was mostly just texting and I had to ask her to stop texting long enough to help us. There was garbage on the counter and on the tables. The water from the soda machine was pink, even after letting it run for a while. I went to the counter to ask about it and had to wait again while the she was texting. When she finally stopped texting, she said that all soda machines have pink water because of the other drinks (obviously not true, she just didnt want to do anything about it). While we were there, food was delivered from another restaurant! If corporate saw this location, they would be horrified. Basically a checklist of what not to do. The only good thing was the people making the food in the back all seemed to be working hard and doing their jobs.

I went there tonight around 10:30 and I was looking at the menu to figure out what to order (there was no one behind us) and we hadnt looked for even a minute when the girl taking orders on the Com kept interrupting and even suggested we walk inside (it hadnt even been a minute) then we asked what was in an item and she gave me the wrong ingredients for said item and then I wanted to know my total before I got to the window and she said it would be at the window. It wasnt and the girl at cashier didnt know and gave me the wrong total and the other girl came and correctEd the total AFTER I already gave the cashier my cash. Very unprofessional. And though it was the first time getting attitude from this particular girl, it seems we get attitude ever other time we go there.

Ordered sausage breakfast burritos which ended up being super thin, mostly tortilla with a little cheese sauce. Very little scrambled egg. The "sausage burrito" barely qualified as such-- only had about 1/6 of a cut sausage patty found at the very end of the burrito-- all four we ordered were made this way. Ive never experienced such poor quality from a Taco Bell, pretty disappointing.

Super Cold! Freezing inside! Manager saw me taking pictures and started telling the employees that he was hot in the kitchen and he didnt care. We spent $25.92 and $18.15 and $2.13 we never even got all our food. The manager was too concerned with his comfort... would not give us a refund. Would not tell us the manager name. Would name. Calling 1-800-TACO-BELL. We want our money back.

They totally messed up a $30 order. Not a single meal out of 4 was right, and when I called after I got home the girl on the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me. I tried calling back 3 times to speak to a manager and they would not answer the phone. Worst customer service ever. We used to go there at least once a week, but I will never go back there again.

Saturday evening, two cars in front of me, 15 minute drive through wait (we literally didnt move for 9 minutes). The cars in front of me appear to have ordered small things (one small bag each). When i finally get my food the trailer larger guy that served it kinda threw it at me, and when i finally get to eat it its somehow burnt. How do you burn a taco?

Waited 10 min in drive thru line, so I parked a d went inside. Total confusion. Everyone returning wrong orders. Waited 15 min with no food. Asked for money back. Took them 5 min to figure that out. A nightmare. Went next door to McDonalds and got my food in under 2 minutes. On a Friday, staff your goddamn restaurant properly.

This is the absolute worst fast food service I have ever had. There were four cars in front of us and. we just sat in line for 35 minutes!!! If it wasnt for the fact that we had already placed our order I wouldve left. Kind of feel stupid that I didnt. Never ever coming to this one again!!

This place is fine until it hits 11pm after that they shut off all of there front lights to make it seem like they are closed. Once you pull into the drive-thru you have to ask to see if they are open like 2-3 times its really annoying and makes you question the food

Went through drive thru. Took forever then get home and they missed two items. Called and was told they would be right back but after 5 minutes never got back. Tried calling three times and just getting busy signal. Usually good service but not impressed tonight.

Edina location. Friendly staff, especially Lisa. Only complaint is about your Freezz machine! 70% of the time Baha Blast not working or is defrosting (which takes a while to complete). This also happening at the Richfield store. Richfield location.

Had to wait 10 mins for a 4pc order, no one in drive thru and 3 ppl in store. The Saturday afternoon staff is awful, loud yelling in back, girls yelling move over and over, seriously like a bunch of freshman kids so annoying and unprofessional

Its okay, but dont count on it being open. This store doesnt follow their posted hours. They close early, open late, and tell you to go away if you complain. People seem nice enough, hope the manager loses their job.

Taco Bell is not the fake Mexican food I grew up with but I like it. Good food, great prices, and at this particular location I have had no issues with service or incorrect orders so Is recommend it.

Always love taco bell but last visit they charged me for supreme tacos and I got no supreme. Im pretty easy going but I was picking up food for other people so that sucked. Better luck next time

Find another Taco Bell!! Wrong order almost every time! When it is correct the food is lazily made and not up to Taco Bells usual standard. I love Taco Bell but this is not your best option!

Very unprofessional, got two messed up orders, the cashier actually skipped me for some 3 teenagers which im pretty sure are his buddies. Would never come back!!
