Get this: I ordered a large taco pizza and a small 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 cheese pizza. When the pizzas arrived and I opened the taco pizza box only half of the pizza was covered with toppings. You know...the lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, etc. So I called and talked to the manager on duty. After explaining what I had found she said, "I absolutely know that is not true I made the pizza and I made it correctly." I explained to her again that exactly half of the pizza was missing toppings and she basically came right out and told me I was lying. She saidi the delivery person must have turned the corner too fast and the toppings slid to one side. I was laughing at this remark because he must be a pretty precise corner-turner to get the toppings EXACTLY on 1/2 of the pizza. I offered to send her a picture of the pizza to prove to her that I was telling the truth. She said thats not necessary and I asked then to speak with her manager. She said, "I am the manager!" in a mean voice. I told her that there had to be someone above her and that I would like to speak to that person. She said there was no one to talk to other than her and she hung up on me. I called back and a different person answered. I asked for her. She got on the phone. I told her I didnt like being hung up on and that she was a very unprofessional person. She outright lied AGAIN and told me that she did not hang up on me. I then demanded the number for the manager. She said I couldnt have his number but she would have him call me. He actually did and was very pleasant. He gave me a $12 credit on my account and was quite professional. Although, I did sense after speaking with him he still doubted my story. He said it was her word against mine and that he had no way of knowing the real truth. I was disappointed in this remark and decided that after I use my $12 credit I will no longer be a patron of this restaurant.

Might have been worst pizza we have ever had from anywhere ever. One star is much too kind! Every item was burnt. One pizza was half and half and pepperoni side had ZERO cheese on it and all toppings burnt, as was crust. I managed a Hut in 90s and know when dough is old and should be tossed and every item we had was made with dough that should have been tossed! Disgusting on all levels. Only decent part was chocolate chip cookie, although it was burnt in middle so only half was eaten. My 8 and 9 yr olds were staring so did not have 45/60 mins to call and complain and wait for a replacement. Not to mention spent $20+ then charged $3 "convenience fee" and another $4 for tip and ended up making frozen chicken nuggets for kids. I cut as much away of burnt and bubbles matter as I could and slathered in ranch or prego to get some down. The quality at this location has gone downhill with each order over past year or so...wont be ordering again for a while. Would suggest eliminating the gimmicks like grilled cheese in crust and get back to focus on quality...thats a corporate philosophical issue and not a local store issue, although might be some cause and effect here!

I called to place an order because we got a flyer in the mail. When I called the Acting manager answered the phone. "Yeah." I asked "is this Pizza Hut?" Relpy "yeah". "Ok i would like to order off your 5 dollar flavor menu." Reply "what". Again "i would like to order off your 5 dollar flavor menu. do you have that?" Reply in a rude tone "yeah, carry out." "Ok thanks. Do you have a manager available." Reply "speaking what do you need." My reply "customer service skills. You know what I will just order somewhere else" Reply " uh ok" as I didnt trust him with my food after his attitude. If he sees this maybe he can try this to save some business. "Hello. thanks for calling Pizza Hut. would you like to hear our specials?" Or "hello thanks for calling this is... How can I help,"

I have used this facility many times over the years. I cannot say that each time the experience was perfect, however, the vast majority of my experience has been positive. When I was looking up their phone number, I noticed that their google "rating" number was low and felt compelled to even it up some. I am not sure if people even write reviews unless they are about the "worst experience ever". My advice would be to take all online reviews with a grain of salt. Its Pizza Hut. So, it is what it is. (one of my personally MOST HATED EVER cliches)

I ordered 2 medium pizzas with no flavor crust the other day, I was sent 2 pizzas with garlic butter flavored crust. This was the second time they have messed up on one of my orders, they did the same thing last time and gave me garlic flavored crust. The pizza on top of that was awful, everyone refused to eat it and it was thrown away.

Worst Pizza Hut Ive ever been to. My wife and I used to eat at Pizza Hut frequently when we lived in West Des Moines. We move to the East side this year and the Pizza Hut on this side of town is terrible. We have ordered twice from the store and both times we threw the pizza in the garbage rather than eat it.

what a joke tried to order 50$ worth off there 5$ flavor menu items and the idiots had no idea what i was talking about, very rude and worthless on the phone to bad they closed the one on adventureland drive. guess breadduex will get all my buisness from now on

We ordered two pizza online and wanted it delivered by 5:30 p.m. The pizza was 10 minutes late. Both pizzas were supposed to be large. One was medium. The other was large, but the dough was uncooked. The food was super greasy, too. Very disappointing.

How could the workers at pizza hut send a pizza to us like they did? We received a pizza that had the consistency of play-dough. Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere. The only thing consistent about this pizza hut is crappy service and crappier pizza.

Horrible service, we ordered a large pizza wings n breadsticks at 6:30pm and didnt receive it till 9pm! After calling 3x they ingnored our calls and our pizza had already been paid for otherwise I wouldnt have cared!! Not even staying 2 miles away from it.

Two personal pan pizzas for the kids. I had a taste and they were both very good - hot and good quality. The order taker on the phone was very polite. I believe it was the same guy that helped me in the store - he was just as friendly in person.

Horrible customer service!!! I dont know why I continue to come however the other one in Altoona is worse! Okay I just picked up the pizza I ordered and I have to say, not horrible service....its piss poor service. Wont come back!
