Horrible, horrible service. I simply ordered 10 chicken nuggets with honey mustard, and they had several bags of chicken nuggets sitting in a bin, right in front of the worker that hands customers their order. Yet, they made me wait a good four minutes before giving me the chicken nuggets. Plus, when they finally gave them to me, the guy handed me a tray, even though it was to-go, and the guy didnt include any sauce. On top of that, since they have several bags of chicken nuggets simply sitting in a bin, the chicken nuggets were cold. They werent even remotely warm. Literally no other location does the chicken nuggets this way. Everywhere else keeps them in a tray in a heater, and so never order chicken nuggets here unless you want cold ones.

Two stars instead of one because the workers seem nice enough and the food was made right but it was SO FRICKING SLOW. Been through drive thru several times now, weekdays and weekends, and they literally have two, maybe three people working at night. Whose bright idea is it to keep less than a handful of people on staff on a Friday night? Either hire more people or put more people on shift so it isnt just one person running around like a headless chicken while another drowns in the kitchen.

Only one car ahead of me and few cars in lot. Didnt appear to be anybody inside. Was asked at drive-thru to wait. 5 mins later was finally asked my order. Got to the window and the shift manager told me I shouldve said something. They forgot I was there to order! Shift manager admitted he wouldnt have his head if it wasnt attached due to forgetfulness. Longest wait ever and for what? Because they admittedly FORGOT about me?? Thanks for wasting my precious time.

I stopped in around 9pm. Place was dead, nobody minding the register...I wasnt in a hurry so I just waited quietly...after a bit I was noticed and was served immediately. Ordered my food and grabbed a seat in the empty dining room. When it was ready the staff brought it to my table and apologized for not seeing me. So, the wait was annoying, but then, Ive never gotten table service at fast food either...with such polite service afterward, so they redeemed themselves.

Was there late night. They lady that took our order was rude and snippety. It was as though she would have rather us not order food in the first place. Burger King food was good. The regional manager of Burger Kings in this area has their employees make you exit the window and pull forward making it look like their service is fast when actually youre waiting for your food. After pulling forward we waited for 15 more mins for 10 nuggets two sandwiches and some fries.

I wanted to make sure that for those who do enjoy Burger King, this location has friendly, quick, efficient staff and has a nice layout. The parking lot is easy to navigate, and the drive through is very well made. In general I am not a fan of Burger Kings food. I think their Burgers smell like burnt plastic, and the default topics leave a lot to be desired. That said, I recently had their Chicken fries and a chicken burger, and it was very good.

Terrible. Terrible service. Just went there. Ordered a burger with no mustard. It WAS NOT busy. Maybe 3 cars in the drive through. Its a fast food place. Like COME ON. Also, ordered two chicken sandwiches and BOTH of them came out with literally ONE tiny ass, less than and inch long piece of lettuce. Literally the worst chicken sandwiches Ive ever ordered. Like SERIOUSLY?! You had one job.

This place is nasty slow and filled with people who shouldnt be allowed to touch there own food let alone mine. I live just around the corner and have visited many times and the quality of food and service has never changed. Horrible is all I can say. Never will they get your order right... And always a wait of 10 or more min at drive through and worse inside.

Ebony lady in drive though was rude. Went there at 11 and she said they were about to close even though sign said 12. We waited 15 minutes for 2 sandwiches, and they were just awful. Terrible experience. If i could give it zero stars i would. She even made me pull forward when no one was in line. Would not do it again.

Horrible management. Went threw drive thru and they got my order wrong. Manager was very rude to me when telling them I wanted another fry. Kid who rang up my order was very polite and manager was rude to him in front of me for no reason. Wish I called corporate to complain but thought this might be good enough.

I came here once and they didnt even have their signature sandwich, the Whopper, available. Today, we sat in the drive thru for six minutes waiting for someone to take our order. Ive worked in a BK before, its not that difficult. I believe that supply chain management and human resource/staffing is the issue.

They never open on time, and the workers are worth minimum wage. I love B.K. food, but not from this place, consistently wrong orders. . . Double check your bag before leaving the drive-thru, warm/cold food, and only up to par on food during lunch rush, but still super slow. Fail, fail, fail.

Out of chicken fries to start then we waited in the drive thru for literally 20 minutes only to get up to the window to have to wait another 5. Went there for a chicken sandwich and they gave me a cheeseburger with mayo and ketchup on it . Not even on the menu. Very disappointed

It took us to clear our throats, and to say "Hello" before anyone came to help us. When they finally did, it was the rudiest lady I have ever meet. I believe her name was Denise. We left and will never go back there again.

Its a Burger King, what do you expect but Whoppers and double cheeseburgers. It only depends on employees as to if the food is good or not as with every other chain fast food restaurant.
