Was impressed by the size and cleanliness, as well as the modern drink fountain. But the associate at the register almost walked away as I walked up even though I was verbally greeted by someone standing right next to him. I ordered only a pop, and when I went to fill my cup from the coke freestyle machine, they most of the options were grayed out and unavailable, including all their diet options. I asked an employee who seemed unconcerned, and he said they had them at the drive through dispenser. No explanation given. When he asked which one I wanted I said diet coke or diet Dr pepper, and he asked which one I wanted. I said diet Dr pepper, and he went to fill my cup. Good thing I watched him... he tried to give me regular DP. Then said they didnt have diet! Well why did you ask... anyway I asked for diet coke and he gave it to me but didnt fill the cup all the way. I was in a hurry so I didnt argue. Frustrating. The employees there seemed even more dronelike and soulsucked than most fast food employees...

Quick service, very nice staff, but my food was cold. We ordered three of the grilled chilli cheese hotdogs, and they were just about room temperature on the inside. This was during the insanely busy CONvergence weekend, so while I considered bringing it back and asking for it to be reheated, I decided not to bother the staff with it and ate it at my own risk. No food poisoning or ill effects, so Ill take that as a bonus. Docked star for food temperature, but otherwise a very good BK.

I have driven over there at 10:30pm and found out that their workers have shut down the store and the drive through claiming that their system went down. It was a clear BS, and I could see their backpacks on the counter through the door. They simply wanted to leave early and have been lying to people including myself. I just wasted my time and my gas driving over, just to hear hear some total BS....

Ordered large fry which was $2 something went and sat down and decided for less then a dollar more I could get a 10 piece chicken nugget with the BK app on my phone. But they wouldnt let me do the deal cuz I had already eaten some of the fries so I had to spend $3 to get a large fry and a 10-piece nugget after I had already bought the large fry.

They advertise as the fastest drive-through in town and theyre right. Consistently fast and the food is freshly made. Pleasant attitude from the workers. Getting out of the parking lot is a challenge on Industrial Boulevard, my suggestion is to take a right and go around the block instead of trying to take a left.

After waiting in the line during a busier lunch they announced they couldnt get their credit card readers to work. They said you can only order if you had cash. Then they moved to the next customer. No sorry or alternative way to help me. Disappointed in their service.

The worse BK in Twin cities. Never follows published open hours. It says open until midnight - was there on numerous occasions late in the evening and the drive-through was closed. Same experience tonight at 10:30 pm and the drive-through was already closed.

The heavy set white man with a mental disability yelled at me and my family (this includes my 6 and 4 year old daughter and son) for attempting to purchase our food with the mobile app coupons. They dont even deserve one star.

Im not sure what to tell you. This particular burger king didnt have high school kids as employees? I was able to order in Spanish to the one of the crew on register which is cool. But pretty basic franchise.

Food was hard and dry. Burger King to me is usually great. But this Burger King was horrible. Service was okay but food was not good. I definitely dont recommend unless its your last option.

Manager was so rude over the drive thru speaker and when i complained he responded with Thank You please dont come back... Which i have no intentions on ever going to this location again
