They always turn the burritos sideways before rolling them so none of the ingredients are distributed evenly. No one wants to pay an additional two dollars for guacamole just to have it at the bottom of your burrito I have also had them pour sour cream on my burrito after me telling them I dont want any after they ask. Also, they always overstuff my boyfriends burrito when he doesnt ask for any extra items. Then, when the roll them, all of the excess food gets squished out the end, leaving the burrito sloppy and difficult to eat. Everytime they do this, they never ask if we want I rewrapped, or a second tortilla. They just try and give it to us that way. Whenever we ask them for a second wrap because of the mess, they put a new tortilla down, and then open up the burrito and lay it directly on top of the new tortilla, so when they roll it, double wrapped, the exact same problem happens. Chipotle is turning into McDonalds as far as their quality and craftmanship goes. Disappointed to see that they are incapable of training people correctly.

I normally dont complain but when you have to wait because 3 staff memebers are sitting down while a line is forming behind me and the only one working is trying to get the online orders ready as the other 3 just watch the line form and laugh... kind of a problem. When i told the cashier i had guac on my burrito she shrugged and said oh well... Ill drive the extra couple minutes to a different place from now on

Great friendly service. Quick and served with a smile!! Never felt rushed and when asked for extra veggies it was a huge deal like many other chipotles!! Great place. Wish I lived closer so I could frequent this store. They deserve my business. The employee even had time to joke around after I said it was a burrito when I had a bowl. Ha! Great customer services!

This is a newer location. It is easily the slowest location that Ive ever been to. The third time I went there I got there at their opening time to be welcomed by a locked door. Then an employee came to the door and told me and several others that they were running late and wont open for another hour. I was so annoyed I had to go White Castle.

The staff spectacular cheery fun. They saw that I had a dog have me a bowl of water I cant tell you how invaluable that small gesture was my family and Bingo will come here everytine!!!!;! Average Chipotle. Used app to order ahead. Food wasnt ready at time told. Line of like 8 people. I had to wait for 10 minutes while they worked thru line then they made my food. I ordered it 20 minutes prior. Whats the point of the app then? Also messed up order. Did not want certain toppings yet they put them in there.

Not a good customer service, i went there to order two bowls and i tried to use a discount card for it, they didnt accept it, they ended up throwing one away in the trash instead of making exceptions. What a waste of time......

This was a much better visit than the last time. It wasnt too busy, which was nice. All the portioning on my burrito bowl was perfect. Staff was friendly, relatively new. All in all, a good visit to a local chipotle.

This location had only been open a few weeks when we went in, and we were the only customers at 7pm on a weeknight. The food was good, and the staff was pretty helpful, it was just off putting how empty it was.

Nice, newer location but its in a bery high traffic area so you can count on encountering a line.. As usual the staff move quickly to have your order ready. They also have outdoor seating.
