Worse experience ever not to mention my money had been stolen because my food never came! I ordered food aroind 7:45 online, got a text saying my food is on its way around 8:30 just to wait 30 more mins, finally called got put on hold to talk to somebody waited 20 mins hung up called again got put on hold for an additional 20 mins hung up called again a guy told me my charge didnt go through so they didnt deliver i explained that thats incorrect because they sent a text telling me my food was on its way he told me a bogus lie saying the charge didnt go through and they must have forgotten to call and let me know then proceeded to try and get my card info to order more food i said no asked for manager he said he would transfer me waited another 20 mins hung up called again to cancel by this time my kids fell asleep hungry a guy told me his manager was 30 secs away and he would transfer me still waited another 20 mins and then some, finally got a hold of somebody just for them to offer to still deliver some food, at this point there is no point its 10:45pm everybody is asleep and we all have work and school so i cancelled the order not to mention they didnt offer me ANYTHING for the poor service and i still havent gotten my money back which is borderline stealing! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS U WANT TO GET SCREWED

In short: Slow delivery, Messed up my order, Cold food, poor service and then when I called back for my credit I got attitude and they didnt have record of the credit I was offered. Ordered a pizza on a Wednesday night and it took 1hr and 15 min to show up. Fine, no big deal. Then they got part of it wrong, bone-in bbq wings instead of Boneless Spicy bbq. To top that off it was just warm. I still wasnt even mad but they had messed up enough I felt inclined to call. I called up and wanted a credit or something but the lady said they were super busy and would just give me a $10 credit. 2 days later I call to redeem the credit they had no record of it. On-top of that the lady on the phone had a bad attitude and gave me lots of sass. At the end of it all I just decided I wouldnt do anymore business with them. Honestly I am frustrated enough to complain in person. I will not do business there again. Mistakes happen but persistently bad service following the mistakes is inexcusable.

Horrible experience! Ordered online only to find out AFTER we ordered the wait time was 2 hours! Let alone the wait time, the order was an additional 45 minutes late. We had to call 4 times (2 of which I was hung up on and 1 I was sent to the call center manager where I waited in hold for 10 minutes until I just hung up). After the 4th call they decided to let us know they were running late... no opertunity to cancel our order. Finally, when our food got here, it was slightly warmer than room temperature (even though I specifically asked when the driver called to tell us our order was on the way if our food was going to be warm). Finally, to add insult to injury, a manager was suppose to call us back and we never heard from anyone, EXCEPT the delivery guy. I wish I could give 0 stars.

I ordered a pizza on a Wednesday evening at 6:30 PM. The pizza did not arrive until 8:15 PM when the employee said it would take 1 hour. When the pizza arrived it was cold and the bread sticks were cold, mushy, and wet. If you want pizza, order from Michelangelos or get Chinese food because this place doesnt take pride in their food or their work. The manager was rude and the delivery guy didnt use the apartment intercom. So when I called they told me the pizza guy was waiting for me. Making it Great is not an accurate motto for this pizza place. Go somewhere else!

Ordered 1 large pizza for takeout. Paid for it when I got there 20 minutes after ordering. Said it would be 10 minutes so I waited. After waiting 20 minutes I finally asked if my pizza was ready and the lady, who I just paid, asked for my name and then said yes (it had been ready in the warmer for over 10 minutes.) I ordered 1 large with pepperoni and sausage. They said they were out of larges (???????) and gave me two mediums instead.... sweet I thought... one was pepperoni the other was sausage. Its kind of funny but pretty sad.

This location is horrible, I have order a few times because they are less then 3 miles away and every time there has been something wrong. What sucks is I have to not get pizza hut ever because they are the only one that delivers to my location. Last night I ordered because I had a credit from them for the mess up the time before, my bread sticks were forgotten then, and last night you could beat them against a wall and they wouldnt break. REALLY you pay money for something to be editable not something no one can bite. UNREAL

Every time we order from this location, they get something wrong. Tonight I was on hold for 10 minutes before anyone even answered, and when someone finally did, she took 15 minutes to take my order. I waited an hour and a half and finally called back to check on the status of my order, and the lady said there was no order placed. She didnt offer to put in the order for me or give me anything free. Then she transferred me to a manager, and the phone was off the hook.

Did not like my experience. I ordered online waited more than 2 hrs. When i called to ask why they blamed the reason on game night. When i finally received my food it was Not hot but lukewarm. I called back and got the customer service line not the store. All he could say was sorry. And i had to call the store If i wanted compensation. Really thats West i did when i got you instead. I will not order pizza hut again.

I didnt realize a pizza delivery service could be so complicated...I was less than a mile away from the store location and when I called they said I wasnt within their delivery area. I was connected to a call center where the man on the line had to ask me what state I was calling from. Eventually I had to hang up and order with someone else. Wont be ordering with Pizza Hut again.

Pizza was over a half hour late, so delivery took just about 2 hours... Delivery person said that this location only has one driver and it was not her fault because she was the on call driver from another location... Sorry, not my problem. If you want hot pizza in a timely manner do yourself a favor and dont order from here..

They are 6 minutes away and it took 20 minutes longer than they said for my order to arrive, my food was cold, they forgot the bread sticks, and after I ate the first and only slice after I got very ill. I would rather spend more money and drive to a better pizza place myself than waste my time and money here again.
