Three stars for quick delivery. Ive been ordering from here since 2009. Food was great for dine in & delivery. Delivery food was always hot, cooked well & tasted very good. However, in the last few years the food in appearance & taste has diminished. Plain fried rice has smelled & tasted a little like fish several times. The fried chicken wings went from very good to awful in the past few months. The wings are over cooked. The outside crispy part looks & tastes like they were cooked the day before & reheated before going out the door for delivery. Plus the chicken constantly has a that every other piece that tastes odd, perhaps its at or beyond the expiration date. The lunch and dinner specials that have beef are not good, the beef seems to always taste old & tough. Within 3 weeks of my last 2 deliverys there was something hard as heck Ive bitten down on in my fired eggrolls, it looked like a piece of a bone. I will say the hot pepper oil is 5 star - I love that. My last order was placed a week ago. I wish the food was great as it was years ago. At $20.00 + per order every time I get a delivery I expect edible food. Sadly Im done with this place.

We stopped by New Asia for take out and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food as well how quickly the staff were able to provide it. We couldnt have waited any longer than three minutes for our food, and the staff were very friendly while we waited. When we arrived back home, we opened our dishes, anxious to see if the food was better than other nearby Chinese take out we had tried recently... We started with the Egg Foo Young, which was full of flavor and just the right consistency. The Lo Mein, peppered with shrimp and bits of veggies, also did disappoint. The finale, cream cheese puffs, lived up as classics, perfectly crispy and packed with cream cheese. All of the dishes were quite generous in size - we were full with plenty leftover for a midday snack the next day. Overall, the price was right and we were quite pleased with our meal. We will be coming to New Asia again for any future Chinese food.

Not happy with my experience tonight. I had placed my food order on the same ticket as two other gentleman. The gentleman that placed the order online accidentally put in a house number that was about 8 blocks away from the address we were at. We received a phone from the driver stating they were at the residence. When we hung up with the driver we went outside to discover he wasnt there. We tried to call back and got voicemail multiple times. Once we finally reached the driver we had discovered that he dropped our food off at another residence. He got upset with us after we questioned why he dropped food off with people that clearly didnt make an order and then when asked for refund didnt get it. Overall, very dissatisfied with the service in a situation that took a turn. I would have much rather either 1) received my food late or 2) received a refund for the misunderstanding.

I decided to try New Asia when we had a pile of menus sitting on our mailbox at my apartment. I assumed they wanted business. I ordered on line. Few minutes after I ordered I received a phone call asking me if I placed an order, yes I did, the woman went on to say I was pretty far away and they needed to charge a delivery fee. I was just less than 6 miles from New Asia. So I said fine, I will pay the fee; she confirmed new total and said food would arrive in 30-45 minutes. $3.00 delivery fee. An hour and 15 minutes later the food arrived in a crumbled paper bag. I ordered plain wings, pork fried rice and the house lo mien. It was cold with no flavor. Hands down the worst Chinese food I’ve ever eaten. The only thing I was impressed about was that it wasn’t greasy and the wings were huge. I will not try them again.

We called to order food at 5:30PM and received an email confirmation. Called at 7:15 to ask about food, they said the food was on the way. Called at 8:15 to ask about the food. They said it was on the way, and they would call us back "right away" with a time estimate. They did not call us back. Called again after 40 minutes, and they told us that they had never received the order, but DID offer us the chance to order new food for 20% off. Went to talk to them. They again offered us the chance to buy food from them, and insisted that they had never lied to us at any point in the process, despite the fact that it was impossible for all three people to have told us the truth. Did not receive any food, but did receive assurances that they knew "just how we felt."

I ordered food for delivery. The spring rolls were mushy and tasteless. The moo shu veggie was salty and gray in appearance. The vegetable fried rice tasted vaguely like beef. Otherwise, bland with random veggies, all soft and overcooked. Very disappointing. I will not be ordering from them again. Made some special requests (no pancakes, no soy sauce, etc). The woman on the phone was not listening to me and I could not understand her voice. When I asked her to repeat things, she got frustrated and a bit snippy with me. Still got tons of unneeded soy sauce. Ugh. No comment on decor--I did not go there. I cant complete the review without rating the decor, so disregard that.

I ordered 4 items on the menu last week and all were horrible! The Crab Rangoon was soggy and tasted spoiled. The egg rolls were way over cooked. The main dishes Mai Fun Chicken and Kung Po Chicken had NO flavor... the chicken in them was like non flavored rubber. I have order from here the last 3-4 times and its been so bad every time. I hate to give up on small business however when its bad its bad. Other things I have tired in the past that were bad from here is:Chow Mein, Wonton soup, and the General Tsos chicken not a big fan of their fried rice either. Lo Mein is so so. Sorry but this place needs to improve their dishes with flavor/quality.

Ordered food online, and it took 2 hours for delivery. I called and the woman said it takes a while for the order to process and be out....because I live too far, but the online delivery coverage allowed me to order because I was in the order zone. Hmmm...so blaming me for my location when I was in the highlighted delivery zone.... and no refunds online? So I waited for the food. Food was lukewarm :( Order was wrong as well. Never order online from this place again. If a 15 minute drive address is too far for delivery that it takes 2 whole hours, then take it off the ordering radar!

New to the area a friend recommend this restaurant. I drove from robert street to lexington to get this food. I ordered curry chicken and paid an charge for noodles instead of rice. When I got home I realized my order was all wrong.. I telephone the restaurant and advise I will be returning to speak to the manager. Upon returning the manager was uncooperative when I suggested that I should get my correct orderf and my money should be returned. NO NO NO. I could have nothing orders BUT no money. THIS IS NOT NOW YOU DO BUSINESS. I left the food and got my money back.
