On multiple occasions now my food was not delivered or I only got a partial order. I get varying excuses from "we dont have a record of your order" even though payment posted on my credit card or "we already delivered it" and claiming the drivers are "playing dumb" and saying they dont know who delivered it. When I call to try to fix it, they say they will try again and it still doesnt show up. I e-mailed corporate and they sent me free pizza coupons that can only be used over the phone so I sat on hold for half an hour and then the store put me on hold for another 45 minutes because they claimed they did not know what the coupon was and THEN it still was never delivered. I never complain about stores because my wife and I have both worked in food service and dealt with jerk customers, but this has been completely ridiculous. The last order I cancelled I asked if the order and tip would both be refunded since someone signed my credit card illegally from the wrong address and they said it "probably will be". We will see. I have had more hours on the phone than I have had completed deliveries. I hate to say it, but this is the only place I will never order from again. Update: I ordered at 6:50, spent a couple hours on the phone, cancelled it around 9:30 and it got here at ten after I had cancelled it already. Yikes. Delievery driver was nice though.

Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered pizza 6:34 pm and was told online the pizza would arrive at 7:06.. Got called at 6:36 stating that since I was a new customer they needed to confirm my order over the phone? I agreed. And that was at 6:40.. It is now 7:49 and we called to find out what was going on. THE MANAGER got on the phone and stated that someone was supposed to call us to tell us that it was going to be late? I then said it was ridiculous where she decided to say "Well, what do you want me to do about it?" - told her she had horrible customer service (and Im in customer service and this is my first review ever because it was so ridiculous).. The pizzas by the way? Still in the oven.. And she said they would be there soon. Because we paid with card there was apparently "nothing I can do about it." Will never be ordering Pizza Hut again.. Just moved to this new Pizza Hut location (all previous experiences were good in Robbinsdale) and her tone, attitude and overall lack of professionalism will make me never spend a dime here again.

Theres this delivery driver that you CANT MISS. Hes a LARGE white guy, wears some crazy head light strapon thing, smells like hes allergic to the word shower, ind is kinda a dick. He doesnt even call when the notes say to, his odor overpowers the pizza (his poor car) and complains when you ask for change. Order was $22 and I had 2 20s, wanted 15 back. He complains that im using such large bills for such a small order and that he doesnt have that much change. I ask for 10 back and he makes some grunting sounds and reaches for a wad of cash in his pocket. He counts me out 10 1s and I see he still has PLENTY left. I ask for the remaining 5 I had asked for previously because I dislike being lied to. He said its not his money, its the stores money as he angrily counts out the remaining 5, makes me get out the pizza myself, makes a snarky comment and leaves. All in all, this place has lost a customer. Come back to me when I can see his pink slip Pizza Hut.

Actually the worst service Ive ever had from a pizza delivery place. Do not order from the store at 3600 Douglas Dr. N, Crystal, MN 55422. I had the wrong number on my order and called to change that, I was on hold for probably twenty minutes before finally getting through and the lady was very condescending as I was trying to describe what my predicament was. Finally she told me she would send the store a note. 1 hour later I find the order has been cancelled because they couldnt contact me when all they had to do was ring my doorbell, so I order again(this time using the right number). once the order is placed I receive a call from the store this time and the man on the phone is also very disrespectful telling me what I did wrong and why it was my fault never apologizing for what they did wrong.

I hate this place. We have a $30 credit because our last order was so messed up (they had to come back THREE TIMES to correct it, and in the end still forgot marinara sauce) I placed my order and then told them I wanted to pay with my credit. . .they transferred me to a different person and I had to re-order everything. They do not honor the $10 for any pizza special on delivery, so I was going to pick the pizza up. I placed my order, and they informed me they were out of pan pizza crust (I could understand this late at night, but it is 3:00 in the afternoon) After we use up our credit, we will not be ordering from them again. Dominos usually gets it right, or fixes it immediately. Jets always gets it right. . . . we are done with Pizza Hut.

Based on all the negative reviews, youd think this particular Pizza Hut doesnt know that theyre a business nor do they know what theyre doing. In my experience, living within four miles of this location, theyve been nothing but fine, nothing above and beyond, but exactly what I expect. Online orders go through, delivery arrives within the estimated time of delivery -- the driver is always friendly, smiling at the door -- and the pizza is hot, appearance deserves an A, and it tastes how it should. Its no Sarpinos or Luce, but its good pizza when youre having a gathering of people over to watch a movie and you dont want to spend an arm and a leg feeding them. Each his own. Some will have good experiences, some will have bad.

Ordered my food. They never showed up. Called their line to find out Pizza Hut doesnt let you speak to the local store, its a call center. They were not able to fix my order. after 2 hours with no food, I canceled. Customer service offered me free pizza coupons, I let them expire. Ive only ordered from this place 3 times in the 4 years Ive lived here, and theyve NEVER delivered a quality pizza on a timely basis. Every time I try their place, either out of weird craving I cave for, or having friends over who insist, Its always been a bad experience. Ill wait for this franchise to go under and get replaced, otherwise no Pizza Hut for me as long as I live here.

This is the worst Pizza Hut ever. The employees are rude, and they usually dont answer the phone. When Ive been in there and its ringing, they just sit and stare at it and let it go to the call center instead. When you get them on the phone, they are short with you and they often say they arent delivering that night. 3 times they said they werent delivering because they were too backed up. Another time, including right now, they just let it keep ringing and ringing and never picked up. Sometimes it goes to voicemail and sometimes a dead ringtone. I also submitted a negative comment on the corporate website. DO NOT ORDER OR GO HERE. Unacceptable.
