We were one of four tables on a Saturday afternoon yet our service was terrible! It took quite a while before anyone even acknowledged that we were there. Then our waitress walked over and mumbled something but it was so quiet that we couldnt tell what she said. I explained that this was our first visit. She said "the drinks are self serve" and walked away. We waited again for quite some time again wondering where were supposed to find glasses as all we could find was a cart full of dirty dishes and food sitting next to the soda machine. Finally our waitress returned so I could ask her. She said "oh, I forgot" and then returned with 3 glasses. It took over 45 minutes to get our pizza and it was certainly nothing special. I placed cash in the check holder and the waitress took it away, yet never returned with any change. Eventually we just left because we were sick of waiting. I guess she thought her unfriendly attitude was deserving of a 26% tip. We will never go back to this place.

Mom and pop feel. We ordered the philly cheese steak 6 slice pizza (10") but when we received it,it had this fake aerosol yellow cheese sauce...really? If you like that then you might like it but if you want to stick to authenticity that might not be for you. The waitress asked us if we liked it, because we took two slices total and only took a bite. We said not really because of the CS. She replied "well didnt you read it on the menu?" To be honest I saw the word cheese but not sauce because she kept coming back every 2 minutes asking us if we were ready to order so nope, I didnt see it. Also, the "are you kidding?" pizzas crust was burnt. It wouldve been great if it wasnt for that. Their onion strings lack flavor in the breading as well. Good notes: fries were decent and if you like Mac in your pizza then youll like the "are you kidding me" pizza. Since we are from Des Moines, we dont see ourselves coming back. Well stick to Caseys pizza.

Prices are average. Pizza is above average they do a nice thin crust. The sandwiches are average. I am used to going to these little places (which are typically the best) and getting a sandwhich that is loaded. Meaning if I asked for sweet peppers on my meatball sandwhich I want sweet peppers not 4 sweet peppers. I want the meatballs to be big where I can only eat half of the sandwhich knowing I can save the rest for lunch the next day now that is typically an awesome sandwhich I did not get that here so I rated average. Skip the onion rings(I ordered with my sandwich). I picked up food (they do charge a delivery fee I thought this is why we tip delivery drivers?) and brought home opened up it was a pile of mess more like fried onions you put on a cassarole there was no ring. Glad we have the variety in Altoona we need it they just need to work on their side menu a little more give it a good tweaking.

Weve ordered carry-out pizza from Bianchi Boys twice. The first time, the crust was dark brown, and black around the edges. We ate around the burnt parts and the edible parts were nothing special. My wife wanted to give them a second chance, so we ordered a carry-out pizza again. The second time the crust was black and inedible on 2/3 of the pizza. She called to complain and the young lady was pleasant to talk to and said theyd deliver a replacement pizza to us. About 5 minutes later, she called back to tell us the manager required us to give them the entire burnt pizza back for us to get a new one. Since I ate the pieces that werent burnt and I threw away the burnt pieces we got out of the box, I told them it wasnt possible. I wasnt digging thru the trash for the other burnt pieces we removed from the box. Well never go there again unless Im craving the taste of burnt charcoal.

Happy that were only passing through... Ordered a pizza from this place to be delivered to our motel. When the pizza arrived, it was a disaster. It looked like it had been riding in the car on edge. All the toppings had slid to, and then off, one side of the pie. I have seen taco shells thicker than the crust on this pizza. Not only was it paper thin, it had been soaked through with the sauce and toppings, to the point where it stuck to the cardboard box. We literally had to pry the slices off the box, and had to pick soggy cardboard off soggy crust. The only saving grace was the salad. It arrived in decent shape and was entirely edible. Well be passing by this way again in a week. I can guarantee that we will NOT be ordering from this establishment again!

The garlic bread was good but we waited at least an hour for our pizza (the only reason for any stars at all). We ordered a large pizza half without cheese, the waitress came after a somewhat long but acceptable wait time and said that the kitchen misread her order slip and put cheese on the whole pizza. We watched a second episode of Americas got talent on the tv and the pizza finally came, it was overly greasy and nothing spectacular. The best part is the bill was 24 dollars, they took nothing off until I complained.. Then they took 3 dollars off! What kind of management do they have? Not going back, there are much better pizza places in town! Place was very cold, bench seats where uncomfortable. Dont waste your time!

Its sure better than pizza hut, but its not far off. They only offer one crust. Thin, which taste like an unsalted saltine cracker. Their pizza is flavorless and so greasy. Still better than pizza hut but not much. Never attempted their specialty sandwich pizzas, sorry but mayo as pizza sauce sounds nasty. Sadly Ive gone a few times now as there is nothing better in town. Ordered out and the young girls at the counter are always rude, and have an attitude. I wont be getting another pizza in Altoona. No Thankx Folks. Omg the ice cream Shop is wonderful. Im not sure if its the same owners as its a separate shop in the same plaza. Well its amazing. 5 stars on the custard and the cashier was very personable. ;)

I went to Bianchi boys with my family and a friend. When we arrived, we sat and were ammediatelly given cups for self serve drinks (which were watered down). The waiter was kind, but we soon discovered she was forgetful. When we received our pizza, the bottom had black spots from burning, and did not taste good at all, but our appetizers were delicious. When we received our pizza, we also were not given plates. We waited ten minutes and eventually went to the register to ask. The waitress had totally forgotten. Overall, the server was kind but not a very good server, the food was bad (delicious appetizers, disgusting pizza, watery soda) and I overall disliked the experience.

Service is always terrible. We never go in anymore just order delivery. Now that to is becoming terrible. You would think with some new competition down the street they would step up their game, unfortunately they didnt and dont. The young lady that answers the phone doesnt know the menu and speaks in "umms". Menu is over priced for what you get. This will be the last time we order. $2.50 up charge for fries when you get the equivalent of half a McDonalds kid sized fries. Steer clear much better options within a block of this terrible place
