Put it in an online take out order for two. We didnt notice until we got home but they forgot the steak in one of our orders and the rice krispy treat seemed unusually small. Turns out they gave us a childs size treat. No problem, mistakes happen. But the kicker was when the manager asked the worker about the missing steak and he replied that we probably ate the steak out of the order and brought it back. Seriously wtf? Manager offered a free cookie and drink to make it better. No thanks.

Love N&C but this location is just filthy and dirty. The smell of a stale preschool daycare smacked me in the face when I walked in. The tables were clean but the seats had old food on them. Greasy fingerprints and face prints on nearly every window. Just unappealing. Looks like a manager needs to stop being a friend to subordinates and start showing them what detail oriented cleaning looks like.

Three times Ive been there 3 times they messed up my order. Once was hair in the food, wouldnt fix it. Burnt the crap out of my meatballs so they were so tough I could barely eat them. Dirty as all hell. Doesnt bring you silverware....All the others do. Rude employees and who couldnt pass an English class. All in all this place BLOWS! Id rather put a campfire out with my face than eat there again.

I dont always write reviews but this was the straw that broke the camels back. I placed a web order for one item. Got there. Paid. Stood there for 15 minutes as every single employee walked past us. Finally saw a small brown bag tucked in a corner out of sight. Decided to open it and it was my order. None of them had the decency to tell me my order was sitting there the entire time.

For a soulless chain restaurant, the food wasnt bad. Their spicy curry got the job done. The attractive blonde that waited on me did look as if she could transform into a wendigo at any moment, though. Id return.

Ive been going to this noodles since it opened years ago, out of all the noodles Ive been to this is my favorite. Friendly servers, food never takes long getting to the tables, and it always tastes good.

Came on a slow Thursday tonight, I was one of only three people restaurant and it took me 20 minutes to get a single order of Wisconsin mac & cheese to go. Will not return.
