If I could leave zero stars I would. First off when I pulled up to the drive through line I was 2nd in line. No problem. 10 minutes later I get to order from a very rushed individual. I knew what I wanted. Two number 2s. One with potatos, one with fries. She barely let me order the 2nd number 2 and kept cutting me off. Well after I was able to place my order. I sat in line for another 25 minutes. Fast food my butt. Anyway what really got to me was when I got to the window there was no, Im sorry for the wait, or anything like that. Instead it was $11.67. Heres your change. Heres your food. And then heres your drink. So I asked if there was any compensation for waiting in line for over 20 minutes where she says. Im sorry. Thats all I got. I said so you say sorry to me after I wait over 20 minutes and bring it up to you? Plus to top it all off. I got home and ate the WORST chicken I have ever had in my life. I could have gone across the parking lot to Subway, Little Ceasars, Dairy Queen or even a sit down restaurant called El Lorro and gotten my food faster, for less money and had it taste way better. Bring back KFC!!! At least KFC knew when things got crazy and did something about it instead of giving a blank stare like a dumbass.

Now have been there five times. Long waits, even when only two cars in drive thru. Person taking orders generally speak so fast, or with such thick accents that one cannot understand them, or they have the speaker pushed up on top of their head (supposedly to avoid feedback), advertised items are NEVER available, Never ever pull away from the window if they tell you two minute wait....25 minutes in Parking lot, and food delivered was ice cold. Have never had a butterfly shrimp there, but have had popcorn shrimp substituted, THIS IS THE WORST SHRIMP (all three times I actually got shrimp..once they charged for it, but only delivered the fish) IT IS ALWAYS SO OVERCOOKED THAT THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO FLESH LEFT. Maybe from sitting in the warming tray for hours, or maybe its last weeks reheated. I thought service would improve as the franchise aged, but it has gotten worse.

While going to Popeyes, they have a local favorite of chicken and shrimp combo. My server advised me that I would not be able to have a chicken breast even though directly underneath the menu item it stated that a breast substitution for 1.00. Instead I was charged for the snack price of a chicken breast plus the combo. The price went from 7.99 plus tax to 11.89 total after tax however I only received the chicken breast. When I brought up the amount of the cost and said they had given me the correct change there was some confusion. I noticed two dollars of my change had slid onto the floor. One of the crew suggested I apologize to my server and give her a tip. So I was price gouged, an employee was rude to me and I did not get the items for my food which they had listed on my receipt. Overall, the experience was poor. I would never go to this restaurant again.

I am so surprised this location stays open - they screw up every time we are there. Today my 14 pc order had 12 pieces and 6 were wings 2 of each of the other - very disappointed to say the least - the gravy probably didnt have a spoon full of gravy on a large mashed potatoes and the mac and cheese was dry and not very warm - so not going to this location if this keeps up - since opened we have had to complain about our orders 6 or more times were they have shorted us - one time they gave us spicy when we asked for mild, another time no biscuits, another sides were missing - I just dont get it -it appears I am not the only one with these problems. I have gone to the one on West broadway and have had the best tasting chicken ever - would hardly believe they are the same company.

Good customer service from one guy but a little sketchy from the other cooking the food. After my boyfriend and I ordered, we were waiting on my friend to order who was just behind us. We were the only 3 customers..until walked in a couple and asked the cashier if another guy was working, went to get him and they ordered without actually paying and then only later attended to friends order. The food was ok.. Really greasy, my shrimp seemed saugy not crispy like the chicken. The Cole slaw was very saucey and had a lot of bubbles in it. The dinning area was dirty. I wiped off my table. The condiments and napkins area was not stalked so I had to keep asking for things so i could eat my food. Unfortunatley I will not be coming back.

I love KFC and couldnt locate one less then 20 miles from me, and I was hesitant to come here due to the terrible reviews I read on this location. Fortunately, I did not receive the terrible experiences that others did. I went during dinner time and I was 1st in line in the drive-thru, I ordered a family meal with all the fixings and left within 10 minutes. The chicken were very hot like it just came out of the fryer and they were cooked to perfection, delicious and very tender. Thank you Popeyes, you saved me from having to make dinner. I do recommend trying this place out just once despite the reviews, you might be surprised.

I have been here a handful of times. Every time the food is delicious, but the service is horrible, being both incredibly slow and unfriendly. Hence 4 stars for food, 0 for service, for an average of 2. Today, they refused to honor a local coupon directly from the Popeyes website, designated as specifically good at the Crystal location, simply because they couldnt find it in their system. I left, and I doubt Ill ever return to this particular store.

Second car in drive up. Waited 20 minutes for my food. Had to pull up and wait. Seemed like the cook and guy at window were having a disagreement. When the manager gave me my food she said they got real busy all at once. I watched several cars after me get their food and leave. They also never get the condiments correct either. The food is great but unfortunately the service sucks. Check your order also to make sure it is correct.

I love their food, but why do they keep closing down at 9pm when the sign says open till 11pm?? The attitude among the the two person staff is apathetic at best. Then some days Ive been there and they had a tip cup set out and pointed it out after the sales transaction! Something is very wrong here. They need more employees to help and I think they might like their job better and want to stay open, maybe.

I love Popeyes Chicken, but this one nickel and dimes you. It is what you would expect from a Popeyes (fried chicken, Louisiana sides, chicken tenders, etc), however you want an extra ranch or BBQ sauce for you chicken they charge you per cup. The restaurant could be a little cleaner, but customer service was friendly. Not my favorite Popeyes location to visit, but will on takeout.
