My friend and I decided to try this place out based on the reviews. We left overall very disappointed. Line out the door, not enough seating, trash bins overflowing, maybe chalk it up to a busy night. My chicken platter was boring and bland. Dry chicken, beans and rice were flat. My friend got a burrito which she didnt enjoy, and when I tried to ask for a side of sour cream I was informed Id have to get back into the now longer line and order it, which was already difficult due to all the staff assuming you speak Spanish. Chips and guac were pretty meh. The menu was straightforward, prices were high considering the food. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt, after all these things are subjective, but I couldnt find many good things. 2 stars generously, probably deserves 1.

Ordene unos alambres de asada, y realmente estaban más llenos de chile verde, la carne apenas se vio y no digamos lo frío de las tortillas... Salio más caro la horchata que la misma comida, honestamente no recomiendo este restaurante... Han perdido un cliente, pero muy molesto por tal servicio cuando esperas algo mejor, y tanto empleado que tienen para un SERVICIO TAN POBRE...

Tacos are crazy over priced, only al pastor meat is decent imo. The tortas are really good but $10 also crazy expensive. Dont bother with a burrito, chipotle has better ones for less $$. My recommendation is to get a plate and chose the type of meat you like, I recommend al pastor (pork). The plate option gives you generous portions of meat, rice and beans and also comes with 6 or 7 tortillas. Instead of paying almost $3 per taco, order the plate for around $7 and you could make 6 or 7 tacos from all the meat or do like me and make a giant burrito.

I wad on the neighborhood and thought Id try again to buy a burrito and pay the extra$$ but they refused to make a burrito with anything in it other than what that wanted. What morons! Turn down a paying customer because he wants to pay you more?!?!? They refused to put guacamole and Pico in a burrito instead of rice & beans. I explained that I was willing to pay the charge for the guacamole. Still, they refused to serve a simple burrito that you can get everywhere. Odd.

The girlfriend picked some different kinds of tacos, chicken pork and tongue. Chicken was OK, but the pork are divine. Tongue is excellent if youre into that, not a head meat person but Ive heard good things from friends that pick up daily. If you want lettuce or sour cream or guac just order it on the side and add yourself unless youre trying to get kicked to the back of the line (witnessed a pissed off customer get told that, just be aware )

Rude service. Wouldnt even let me have corn tortillas instead of flour tortilla. Also wouldnt exchange raw onion for grilled onion. I REALLY dislike raw onion so I just ordered with no onions. When I got the order with onions anyway I told them and watched them scrape some off and give it right back to me. What a joke. Even taco bell would remake a taco if it was incorrect. How lazy and cheap can you possibly be?

I tried calling so many times to place an order and they dont pick up the phone ever and you cant leave a message because their mailbox is full like wow... Their food is way over priced and they refused to add letuce to my burrito instead of cheese lol and the burritos dont look like an actual burrito, looks more like a soft taco. Chipotle has better price and the portion is right...

Love this place! Ive only been here a handful of times so far, but each time Ive gotten something different and each time its been great! I got the carne asada platter last time I was in and that was probably my favorite so far! If you are looking for a reasonably priced, authentic mexican restaurant.. You just found it! Doesnt look like much, but definitely give this place a try!

I was fooled by this clean establishment, knowing that most real deal mex food doesnt come out of them, but I was WRONG. Carne asada burrito is so bomb, and the carne asada quesadilla plate will feed two small kids. Discovered, and have been there the last 3 consecutive days (from Farmington). Theres a 90% chance Ill be there tomorrow for lunch too. A+++++

Im from California, hacienda over there will get a 2 out of 5 rating. There prices are ridiculous for the amount you get. A taco in California runs about $0.50 to 1.50 twice as more flavor and meats. A burrito 3times as big from what they have $8.99 tops if not less depending where you go. But these guys upping the price and putting less? Ridiculous....

Must be authentic, because I was the only non-Hispanic in the (very busy) place. They had cuts of meat on the menu that are only rarely seen anywhere else in town (tongue, head meat, tripe) along with the more common options. Get ready to exercise your rusty Spanish that you havent used since high school because you might need it (but its worth it).

They totally ripped me off. I guess I need to check every single thing when I eat out now since incompetence is so rampant. I paid for taco arabes, which was clearly marked in my receipt. I get home and they have just regular skimpy tacos. Not ever enough to get full. Not to mention the outrageous price to begin with.

Theyre good, no doubt there, but they upped their prices again! 10.50 out of the door just for a damn burrito? Thats completely ridiculous. They started making them really skimpy too. Theyre turning into a nickel and dime business. That is a sure way to fail. Its depressing.

THE best, authentic Mexican tacos- bar none. Super clean and friendly staff- MUST try the tripe tacos- slightly crispy, subtly chewy, but reminds me of bacon without the smokiness. The stomach is a little on the soft side, but the chirizo is out of this world too!

If you are looking for REAL mexican tacos with full flavor unmatched, this the place to be. But if youre looking to add Pico and sour cream, cheese, lettuce...than youre wanting mexican food. Find your local Chipotle for that craving.

This has been a favorite of mine for years, absolutely love it. In recent years theyve even expanded and increased seating space. Fantastic authentic food, fresh cooked right in front of you. Genuine service. Awesome environment.

Very nasty food the tortillas were cold the meat was bad like if they had reheated it alot of times. Doesnt give salsa and the plates are like if your ordering hot dogs. Nothing compared to a taqueria I recommend not to eat here.

I came out here to Burnsville to bring my nephew on an interview so i decided to go and get a bite to eat while he was interviewing and Im glad i did i bought 2 tacos and they were delicious i would definitely eat here again

There isnt enough seating inside, and there are very few vegetarian options. The food is overall good, but it is a bit stuffy inside the restaurant. I would not reccomend this place if you are bringing a big group.
